The Seestern building was constructed in 2004 in the seaside resort architectural style. It is located on a quiet hill in Zinnowitz, close to the town centre, about 200 metres from the beach. The building consists of 12 residential units. The furnishings of the apartments create a unique and sophisticated atmosphere where you can forget the stresses of everyday life. Zinnowitz is located on the island of Usedom, which, with over 1,900 hours of sunshine, is one of the sunniest islands in Germany. The diverse range of cultural activities, recreation, fun, and sports available throughout the island makes your stay in Zinnowitz an enjoyable experience no matter the season. 



Möwennest Holiday Rental:

The cosy Möwennest apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Its 73 m² include two bedrooms, a living and dining area with an open kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and a balcony.

The bedroom features a cosy double bed, providing a quiet retreat. Another double bed is located on a loft accessible via a space-saving staircase. The lovingly furnished living room features a TV, CD player, and stereo system, making it the perfect place to enjoy your time in the apartment. The modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave, offers you the freedom to explore your culinary creativity. The apartment also has two bathrooms with showers and toilets. On the furnished balcony, you can start and end your day in style. We’ll, of course, provide you with a parking space. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet; an additional sleeping option is available in the living room. Furthermore, the cosy living room features a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a stereo system so you can make the most of your time in the apartment. The modern kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and other essential kitchen appliances, lets you cook just like at home. The high-quality bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. Of course, we provide a parking space for your car, and a bicycle storage area is also available.
