This 45-square-meter vacation rental can accommodate 4 adults.
The apartment is bright and modernly furnished and features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun right on the premises.
The beach and the promenade, with its many cafés, are nearby and just a few minutes’ walk away.

The modern vacation rental “kleine Flucht” is located on the first floor of the building and features a southeast-facing terrace (accessible from the living room).

The living and dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa (with a pull-out bed), a coffee table, an armchair, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, a coat rack, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a built-in kitchenette.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe; you also have access to the terrace from here. PLEASE NOTE: The 160 x 200 cm double bed has a single, continuous mattress—please bring a fitted sheet that fits this size. Thank you very much

The second separate bedroom features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm, also suitable for adults), a dresser, and a small flat-screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (rain shower), toilet, and washing machine.

Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests!

A carport for your car is located behind the house, as well as a storage room for your bicycles (space for approx. 3 bicycles).

Barbecuing at the house is permitted only with an electric grill (an electric grill is provided).

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival, 40% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
