Downtown Studio Chic- 3 blocks from the Zoo

hi Logan, thank you for the review. the property is listed as as a two bedroom, because there are two different rooms for sleeping arrangements. Vrbo does not allow us to list a living room as the bedroom as well, but you can see that through the listing pictures as well as the "STUDIO" in the listing title. it is also listed in the description that a Queen bed, pull out sofa, and extra mattress are provided at the studio. We do apologize that the property was not up to our cleaning standards, and addressed it with our cleaners. we have since hired another professional cleaning company to deep clean the unit and replace the stained coffee maker. had we known you were not satisfied with the stay, or if you sent us a message, we would have been more than happy to refund your weekend. we apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you had a good vacation!

Hi Sean, thanks for staying at our property. We hope you had a good day. I apologize if anything was not up to your standards. We did not receive any messages about any issues, so we were curious what the two star was for. We did have to issue you a noise complaint while you were staying at the property, in accordance to the house rules. If there’s anything we can resolve, please send us a message! Thanks, quinton
