Welcome to 17, a spacious house that will charm you! It's perfect for a large group with 13 beds, and can accommodate up to 17 people with the sofa beds.
Located in the heart of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, 10 minutes from Le Massif ski resort and 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul, you'll have no shortage of activities. Whether it's skiing, biking, hiking, trying new restaurants, or golfing, it's all here!
You will have access to :
- 4 Bedrooms, 5 queens bed, 1 bunk bed (double and single on top), 2 sofa beds
- 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combination
- A huge terrace furnished
- 2 fully equipped kitchens.
- Spacious living room with a smart TV and an electric fireplace.
- Washer and dryer.
- Bar/lounge style area with a pool table, bar, folding table/chairs, and two sofas.
- Propane BBQ.
- High-speed internet (1.5 Gbps).
- Several board games and cards.
- A garage with a workbench (various tools available), perfect for tidying up your bikes and skis after a day on the slopes! You'll have the keys to lock the garage during your stay.
- Several outdoor games are also located in the garage, such as washers, bocce ball, and Finnish skittles. Plenty of fun to be had outside!
