Seerose Vacation Apartment

In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer holiday apartments of various sizes as your holiday home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 85-square-meter, three-room “Seerose” holiday apartment on the ground floor comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a holiday guest. You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as cable TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a radio. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep after an exciting day on holiday. Another bedroom (a walk-through room) is furnished with a pull-out double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a large dining table. From the kitchen-living room, you can step out onto the large, sunny balcony (divided into two sections). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
The holiday rental is reserved for non-smokers.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, hand towels, tea towels, shower mat).

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Garage dimensions (L x W x H): approx. 5.60 x 2.80 x 2.00 m.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner

Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled 50% or more: €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
