Cozy vacation rental (35 square meters) with a combined living room and bedroom and a covered outdoor seating area—itzgrundperlchen With our two vacation rentals, perlchen1 and perlchen2, we offer you well-equipped, ideal getaways for your weekend or vacation enjoyment. perlchen1 is small but charming (approx. 35 square meters), divided into a living-bedroom, kitchen, shower, and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking utensils, and a toaster. The living-bedroom features a double bed, a cozy sitting area, and a TV. In the summer, the best place to relax is outside in the covered lounge, which is equipped with sunshades. By the babbling little fountain, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a “Seidla” of beer, browse through your vacation reading, or listen to the birdsong from the neighboring castle park. A 5-minute walk takes you to our Schoder bakery-café, two garden centers selling vegetables and fruit, the Baumanns beer garden, and the Pizzeria Toscana. Larger stores can be found in Ebern (7 km). Payment terms: By bank transfer up to 10 days before arrival. Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. – Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site.
