I am originally from Wrentham and enjoy kicking the ball around the front and back yard of the property. Also, there are birds and other wildlife to view off the deck in the back while enjoying food off the flat griddle and grill. Sometimes it is nice to have a game of bocce or cornhole before relaxing by the firepit. Inside, there is a pool table, dart board, work-out area, other games, a huge kitchen and a whole body massage chair. I have truly enjoyed Wrentham, the immediate area and the "slice of heaven" that this very unique property is all about. Come and Enjoy !!

Why they chose this property

The area of my home is close to so many attractions (Stadium for the World Cup, Wrentham Premium Outlets, Plainridge Casino, restaurants, local airport and, abuts the State Forest. You are close enough to everything but set back on a wooded road with a property that is private where you can enjoy activities in and around the house or just relax, if you choose so.

What makes this property unique

You will not find another property with so much to offer while giving you so much privacy. The front yard is big and flows around the house on both sides to a wonderful backyard complete with firepit and a big deck (with a retractable awning if you want some shade). Also, the home is immaculately kept with a huge entertaining kitchen (an 85" smart, flatscreen TV!) and a living room with plenty of seating for another flatscreen TV. There are 2 (Yes 2!) big master bedrooms, a third bedroom, a tub, walk-in shower and large basement with a pool table, dart board and washer dryer!! The property is uniquely located next to the state forest which can be accessed by walking or biking down an abandoned wooded road directly next to the house. There are local restaurants (Cafe Assisi, The Gavel and, Luciano's to name a few) that are right down the street that offer everything from affordable food to high end dining! You also have the choice of seating inside or outside! There is a supermarket, more shopping, the highway, Gillette Stadium and so much more right down the street!
