We all enjoyed our stay! The pool was pretty warm (in July), the pool gates didn’t lock so they wouldn’t actually keep kids from entering, and the downstairs showers only had very warm/hot water but none of these things really affected our stay. We would like to come back in the cooler months!
Great cabin! Very clean and amazing views! It was well stocked and even had high chairs. The rental management company was also super friendly and helpful. Will book this one again!

THank you so much, Jennifer! We hope to have you back soon! - Vacana
House was very clean and well stocked, pool was great, and peaceful location. Microwave did not work initially, and a replacement was provided within 24 hours. There were a couple of maintenance issues but nothing that interfered with enjoying our stay.

The cabin exceeded all expectations—it was truly an amazing experience. I took my mom and other love ones there for my Mom's birthday getaway, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family and shared photos, and everyone has been just as impressed. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The cabin was great the first 2 days. The pool was low on water, but a pool guy stopped by and got it filled back up. No problem, the kids still enjoyed. However, there was an unexplained odor that got worse every day in the room with the bunk beds. We searched everything we could think of, but couldnt figure it out. The last night the smell filled the whole lower level and they didnt even want to stay in that room. We figured it might be something dead, which happens in nature. The morning of our checkout, it started raining really pretty hard. It was beautiful to watch from the balcony, but when the children in the bunk bed room woke up, the floor was flooding. We had to quickly grab all their items and move them upstairs. So we spent our last morning trying to block all the water from coming in. I believe there needs to be some sort of french drain installed to redirect water, a building flaw of sorts. However, it makes me wonder if this hasn't happened before and the smell isn't related to mold and such.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad your family was still able to enjoy the cabin and pool, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, especially the odor in the bunk room and the flooding on your final morning.
We take concerns like these very seriously, and our maintenance team is already looking into the source of the odor and thoroughly inspecting the lower level for any underlying issues. We’re also addressing the water intrusion to determine the best long-term solution and prevent it from happening again. We understand how frustrating it was to spend your last morning moving belongings and trying to keep water out of the room, and that is certainly not the experience we want for our guests.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and giving us the opportunity to investigate and address them properly. We hope we can provide your family with a much better experience in the future. - Vacana
