Attached to the new Inn Between Waterfront Restaurant, you'll have convenient access to great food, drinks, and waterfront dining throughout your stay.

Street parking is available near the condos, with additional public street parking available throughout downtown Indian River. Please note that boat trailers cannot be parked in town; however, we do offer secure off-site trailer parking located just 5 minutes from the property.

If you plan to bring your own boat, please send us a message before your stay. We'll be happy to explain how launching, trailer parking, and overnight boat storage work to help make your trip as smooth as possible.

The Tuscarora Township Boat Launch is conveniently located only 3 minutes away. Please be aware that there are no docking slips available at the condos, and overnight boat docking is not permitted.
