Spacious bedrooms with full closets, brand new furniture throughout, bedrooms are separated so go ahead and sleep in. Well stocked updated kitchen for preparing family meals together. Enjoy a cozy cup of coffee in the kitchen nook or lounging in the newly furnished living room. Private yard, private driveway. Close to skiing, town park with swimming in summer, shopping, grocery and restaurants. Just a few miles away from Black Mountain Ski Area, as well as Rumford's business district. From our incredible waterfalls, covered bridges, mountain drives, fishing the streams and rivers, to the many miles of walking trails! It is an outdoor heaven.
