Spend your days exploring nearby rivers, orchards, hiking trails, lakes, and charming mountain towns, then return home to your own private wellness retreat. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, cool off in the cold plunge, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the surrounding mountains.

With multiple levels, expansive outdoor living spaces, a separate lower-level apartment, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, Mountain Haven offers plenty of flexibility for families, multigenerational groups, and friends traveling together.

The main home features an inviting open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow seamlessly together beneath soaring wood-beamed ceilings.

Warm wood, exposed beams, natural stone, and large windows create a cozy mountain atmosphere while allowing plenty of natural light into the home.

Primary Bedroom | King Bed

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, sofa seating, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy comfortable seating, a fire table, and views of the surrounding mountains.

Bedroom 2 | Queen Bed

A bright and comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for couples or additional guests.

Bedroom 3 | Queen Bed + Twin Bunk

This flexible bedroom features a queen bed with a twin bunk above it, making it an ideal setup for children or groups traveling together.

Loft Sleeping Area | King Mattress

Located just off the main living area, the loft provides an additional king-size sleeping space.

Please note: The loft is an open sleeping area and is not considered a traditional bedroom due to the low ceiling. Children should never be left unattended in the loft.

Mountain Haven also includes a separate lower-level apartment with its own private exterior entrance.

There is no interior access between the apartment and the main house, making this space ideal for grandparents, extended family, or friends who would appreciate additional privacy.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home and its outdoor amenities during their stay, including the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, outdoor seating areas, shuffleboard, and walking trail.

The lower-level apartment has its own private exterior entrance and does not connect internally to the main house.

💬 INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy Mountain Haven at your own pace. We`re available as much or as little as you need during your stay.

Our team is available by message through your booking platform during regular hours, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. We`re happy to help with questions, recommendations, or anything you may need during your stay. Please keep in mind that response times may be delayed outside of regular hours.

For emergencies requiring immediate assistance, please use the emergency contact number provided in your reservation information.

We recommend arriving before 10:00 PM whenever possible so you have plenty of time to get settled in, familiarize yourself with the home, and reach our team during regular hours if you have any questions.

📌 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Booking Age: The primary guest booking the home must be 25 years of age or older and must be present during the stay.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival. By booking the property, guests agree to follow the rental agreement and all house rules.

Damage Deposit: A $250 damage deposit authorization hold will be placed prior to your stay. This is not a charge and will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement. Release timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Starter Supplies: To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and basic bathroom amenities. These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, weddings, or other gatherings are not permitted. Maximum occupancy must be respected.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.

Firewood: Firewood is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase firewood locally. Please do not cut or collect firewood from the property.

Sonos Speakers: Sonos speakers are located throughout the home. Guests are welcome to enjoy music during their stay, but please keep outdoor volume at a reasonable level and be respectful of the surrounding area.

Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front driveway and garage area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

⚠️ SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

Mountain Haven is located in a natural, wooded mountain environment. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, and other native animals during their stay.

Loft: The loft has a low ceiling and is not considered a traditional bedroom. Please use care when entering and moving around this area. Children should never be left unattended in the loft.

Wildlife: Deer, turkey, bears, and other wildlife may occasionally be present in the area. Please do not approach, feed, or attempt to interact with wildlife.

Natural Terrain: The property includes wooded areas, a walking trail, outdoor stairs, and uneven natural terrain. Please use appropriate caution when exploring the property.

Wellness Amenities: Please use the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions. Children must be supervised around these amenities.

Fire Features: Never leave a fire unattended and follow all instructions provided for the home`s fireplaces and outdoor fire features.
-Minimum 2-night stay; guests must be 25+ to book.
-Do not remove items from the home.
-Do not rearrange furniture; if moved, please return it to its original position.
-Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide ID.
