Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Our stay was very good. One complaint I have is their policy of an electric allowance that was not noted up front on their site. I have rented other homes with that policy, but it was noted on the site. When you arrive, you will get told about the policy. Very nice folks operating the home. Sandra is great and very responsive.

Good, with a few tidbits to pass along to the next guest

A few things you might want to know before you rent. 1. I used the VRBO messaging center multiple times prior to our arrival, and never received any responses. Finally, the day we were arriving, I looked up the property management company and called the phone number on their website. I was able to speak with Sandra immediately, which was great. So, if you have any questions about this house, don't use the messaging system, just call Sandra directly. 2. The check-in instructions were in German, and when I responded asking for them in English, I received no response. I can actually read a little bit of German so I was able to translate enough to figure out that the key was in a lockbox, and the 4 digits I received were the code for that. 3. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor the first time we used it, so although they did come to replace it, I still had to do dishes by hand for the first four days...which isn't much of a vacation IMO. There was only one kitchen washcloth, one kitchen towel, and no scrubbies, so even handwashing the dishes was a struggle until I messaged Sandra and she kindly dropped off more of those items. 4. This is the most oddly-stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in all of our VRBO rentals. There were 2 coffee makers, and dishes and silverware for 25+ people, but you would never be able to make a meal for that many people with the lack of kitchen supplies. There were no large pots or pans, no baking sheets, not a single spatula/pancake turner, no small appliances such as crockpot or electric griddle. This was a struggle for our family of 6. 5. No paper products included (trashbags, foil, plastic wrap, etc) ... which is fine, but it would have been nice to know that in advance, which is why I'm posting this info for the next person. 6. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. In all sizes, in every room in the house. The house was super clean when we got there, but the bugs quickly made it feel kind of icky. Maybe it was just a bad week for bugs in Florida?

Best decision for a week getaway

The whole process from check in to check out was a great experience. We had a death in the family almost middle of our weekly vacation so it was hard to enjoy the rest of the week but we made it happen. The entire place was clean and ready for a guest. The vacation home made us feel like we lived there already by how the home was already furnished with everything from dishes all the way down to towels, toiletry, etc. The home worked out great for us during the tragic week. I recommended staying here to enjoy the pool in the backyard that also helped so much. Were gonna plan to stay here again later this year or next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful vacation home. Cya next time....

Great Comfortable Cape Coral home

We loved this house. The location was very easy to find and everything is about 30-40 minutes away if you need to be in Fort Meyers for sports. We loved being in quiet Cape Coral. The house had everything we needed to cook our own meals and relax and spread out. The pool was very clean and refreshing, even on the hottest of days. 10/10 and we would definitely recommend this listing. Easy check-in and property manager was a text away. Thank you!

This house was the perfect get away for our family. We were able to relax and enjoy just being a family in a home. The pool was an added bonus for us. The property manager was amazing and kind.

Beautiful house 🏝 Quite Neighborhood

The property was nice and comfortable my stupid room bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms are clean in the pool was well-maintained.They also conveniently have a grill on site. Washer and dryer too ! Highly recommend it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great vacation home!

The home was immaculate & had all of the necessary supplies needed for a great vacation. Located in the nicest section of Cape Coral. Plenty of room! Private pool surrounded by palms. There was even a grill in the screened lanai. Perfect for family gatherings. Walking distance to Cape Harbor. A short drive away from Pine Island. The property manager was wonderful! I highly recommend this vacation home!
