The villa has tile flooring throughout, so ideal for allergy sufferers, is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The master bedroom with king size bed and its own luxurious en-suite bathroom are located on the left side of the home. It offers spectacular natural lighting through its large sliding doors with direct access to the pool and lanai area, a 43” flat screen TV,, large walk-in closet with shelves, hanging rails and hangers for your clothes. The Master Bathroom offers his and hers vanities, a private toilet room, a beautiful huge walk-in shower.

Each guest room is tastefully decorated in beautiful coastal furnishings Both offers queen-sized beds, flatscreen TV’s.. These guest rooms share a hallway / pool bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in tub and shower.

Looking to love the outdoor living space even more? Fire up the offered gas grill and serve dinner poolside at your outdoor dining table with the gorgeous Florida breeze. We also offer a fire table for those cooler nights.

This Villa also features a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, wash sink and drying rack. Highchair and baby crib are available at no charge, also some toys and books.

We are 30-35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. It is located within 30 minutes of both RSW (Fort Myers) Airport and Punta Gorda Airport.
