The Space:

This comfortable 2-bedroom villa is designed for a simple and relaxing beach stay. The living area provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach, complete with a TV and access to the private balcony and patio.

The beach is less than a 10-minute walk and under 5 minutes by bike along a beautiful hardscape trail shaded by live oaks and Spanish moss, leading to Alder Lane Beach Access. The community pools and tennis courts are also just a short walk away



Sleeping setup:

Main bedroom: King bed with its own full bath

Second bedroom: Queen bed with its own full bath

Living room: Sleeper sofa for the fifth guest



Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, so no one is waiting in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook real meals. The washer and dryer are inside the unit, which is a big deal on a longer trip. Step outside to the private balcony and patio when you want fresh air without going anywhere.



THE COMMUNITY



Treetops is a peaceful, open community surrounded by trees and lagoon views. It does not feel crowded. The trails wind through the whole complex, and guests from reviews have said this is one of their favorite parts of staying here.

THE BEACH



Alder Lane Beach Access is where you are headed. It is one of the calmer, less crowded stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. Guests who have stayed in this community call it a highlight.



How to get there:

Walk: Under 10 minutes on a flat, shaded hardscape trail through live oaks and Spanish moss

Bike: About 5 minutes along the same path



When you get to Alder Lane, you step right onto the sand. No crowds, no parking hassle. Just the beach.



COLIGNY PLAZA



Coligny Plaza is less than a mile away. You can bike there in about 5 minutes. More than 60 shops and restaurants are at Coligny, including local favorites like The Sandbar Beach Eats, Big Bamboo Cafe, and Flatbread Grill and Bar. Coligny Beach Park is right next to the plaza with a splash pad, swings with ocean views, gazebos, and free public beach access.

All plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided. Bring your own cooking oil, salt, pepper, and spices.

Free parking is included. Two passes are provided during the busy season and are required to be displayed.

Free Wi-Fi is included throughout the unit.

The community pools are open from April through October and are not heated.

There is no gym on the property.

Quiet hours on Hilton Head Island are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Bring beach towels. Regular towels are in the unit, but beach towels are not provided.



This is the kind of trip where you wake up, make coffee, sit on the patio, listen to the birds in the oaks, and then decide what to do. The beach is close. The restaurants are closed. And the villa has everything you need to not have to rush anywhere.
