Great Location and Space

Great Spot for us and our Dogs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental and all it had to offer. We made meals and husband grilled steaks on the little deck out back. We enjoyed watching the turtles and birds in the pond right out the back door. It's a large complex but felt very private and like home. It's very dog friendly with tons of pick up stations and places to walk. A lot of the dogs on the premises are reactive and will bark at your dogs so that was a challenge as one of our dogs has been reactive in the past and started to bark at other dogs again sadly. Easy walk to beautiful beach access and the walk to Coligny is a little over 15 minutes away. It was very clean but it's pet friendly so expecting to see no pet hair isn't realistic. We checked in a little later and went to the wrong place but we contacted the property manager and they helped us find the right place, which was very much appreciated. We cannot wait to stay here again!!

We had a great time and the townhome was great. Loved how close it was to everything. The space was perfect for us and our doggie. Being an end unit with a view of the fountain made it even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Hilton Head

The property was well stocked with all the essentials. The communication and check in was all done electronically and was easy with quick response times. Property was in a great location. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Some of the carpets were badly stained. But it was a good location & very well equipped. We think the cleaning of the propertycould be improved

Good location and spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of this rental and the amount of space that it had compared to previous condos that we had rented in HHI. Short walk to the beach. Clean but could use a deep clean. Our most favorite part was the beach gear credit that we used to rent bikes for the week. We had so much fun! Highly recommend doing this.

Everything was great! Being somewhat disabled I would suggest a handrail ALL the way to the second floor. Safety mats for both bathrooms. Had to share between showers. Could have used dish soap. Spoons were limited, only three could be found. When coffee maker dies, suggest you replace it with a Kreurig.

Great location

We love staying on this side of the island, and we were excited to find a dog approved unit. The Mimi’s was a bit older in real life. Some water stains on the ceiling and the master bath had not been updated. Parking was terrible and we fought for a spot nightly, even having another owner confront us. She was very unhappy that she couldn’t find a spot and even swore at us. Other then these few things the unit was close to the beach and shopping which was perfect!
