Shop 750 m, grocery, shopping centre 5.9 km, restaurant, bar 750 m, bakery 750 m, café 750 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "de Hyères" 4.7 km, sandy beach "de Ceinturon" 600 m, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 650 m. Nearby attractions: Magic World 1.9 km, Kiddy Parc 2.3 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 4.6 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le port. Airfield close by.
3-room apartment 59 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2024, very beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Interconnecting room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Balcony 11 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no parking. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Un lieux très agréable !

L’appartement est confortable et bien décoré ! Vue sur la piscine parfaitement entretenue avec une eau à 23 degrés .. l’immeuble est à 6mn à pied du port, commerces, restos et boutiques Très sympa !

schöne Wohnung

eine Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht, schönem Balkon und Poolbenutzung. Garage zu eng für heutige PKW (für Fahrräder optimal), aber auch nicht nötig, da im September genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Liegt neben Flughafen und Hubschrauber Marinebasis, daher morgens und abends etwas laut. Nachts sehr ruhig. Alles in allem schöner Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu Aktivitäten.

Appartement spacieux lumineux et bien équipé.Piscine agréable..Neanmoins quelques Bemols: le bruits des helicopters, l'appartement est mis en location avec un garage (raison de la location) mais une voiture ne rentre pas !! Il s'agit plutôt d'un box. Peut être revoir l'annonce et le prix!!. Bien que rénové récemment, les WC , matériel vétuste et très entartrés, chasse d'eau à revoir!

Appartement bien rénové, agréable, vue piscine. Bel espace, clair, mobilier neuf, literie confortable, décoration moderne, proche du port et des commerces. Garage pour petite voiture, ou sur la rue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
