Les Crosets: Beautiful, luxurious chalet "Godfrey", 1'750 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 2008. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Les Crosets, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, south facing position. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 12 km, shopping centre 17 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Chapelle" 600 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 8 km. Skisport facilities 100 m. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
7-room chalet 300 m2. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Lounge with cable TV, flat screen and DVD. Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed and bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: small gallery. Balcony, south facing position, terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. The Multi Pass Portes du Soleil offers unlimited access to numerous activities throughout the Portes du Soleil during Summer.
