Located on the first line of the oceanfront, holiday home “Casa Ann” is the ideal location for a sunny, Spanish holiday on Lanzarote. This modern 70 m² holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, a washing machine, and a baby bed and highchair on request. Start each day with a delicious breakfast on your private terrace (partly covered) taking in the amazing sea view. Then head down to relax and swim at the beach right across the street. Then explore the city, where you will find all kinds of markets, restaurants, cafés, and bars all in a 10-minute walk (800m). When you want to play a round of golf, drive just 12 minutes (11 km) down the coast to the nearest course. Or drive just 16 minutes inland (15 km) to check out the volcano. With both the city and the beach so incredibly close by, “Casa Ann” is the ideal accommodation for fun in the sun on Lanzarote.



Street parking is available, but cannot be guaranteed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Wonderful view of the beach and sea with the added bonus of a glass barrier between guests and people walking past on the promenade. It is reflective glass, so if you wonder why people stop to photograph you eating supper, it’s because they can’t see you and they are taking a photo of themselves with the beach and sea reflected onto the glass! Supermarkets, restaurants public transport all close by. A number of birds in the rock pools Whimbrel plover, sanderling and more A couple of things in the kitchen would be super useful such as kitchen scissors, oven gloves and batteries for the tv remote (not a problem for us as we didn’t use it) but others might be disappointed.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area overlooking the ocean

Pros: Amazing coastal walks from the apartment in both directions. Enjoyed cooking at the apartment ( local Eurospar excellent produce) and choice of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Cons: Lock on the front door shows signs of previous damage and means you are locked out if the door blows shut and you don’t have the key with you

It could not have been better

I have been to Lanzarote 3 times. Casa Ann is the most beautiful, well- appointed, clean, updated. The location is ideal: right on the walkway by the Mediterranean Sea. Fabulous restaurants on both side although our favorite is La Marea. You can walk everywhere. Deiland supermarket and mall is a 15 minute walk and the furthest we needed to go. The owners have thought of everything! We highly recommend Casa Ann.

We had a lovely at Casa Ann - perfect, if you want a quiet beach stay

Pros: We loved being able to see the ocean from the terrace. It was very peaceful. We walked the 10 miles to Costa Teguise along the coastal path - it was incredible and also about an hour to Los Pocillos on foot which is also a beautiful walk past the airport Cons: There are very few restaurants in the area, so you will need to take a cab or walk to local resorts if you want a variety of food. The lady who was supposed to be supporting us never replied to our emails, but Jesus the owner was attentive when required

Fantastic location to relax and swim

Pros: The location, quiet and right on the beach. Good size for a couple. Excellent outside space for eating and relaxing. Very comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels provided. Cons: The kitchen is under equipped for self catering. No tin opener, mixing bowls, cheese grater, sieve, baking trays for the oven, spatula for frying pan to cook an egg etc. basic stuff missing. We requested a washing up bowl, plug for the kitchen sink and a tea towel but they never arrived so we had to wash up under a running tap for 10 days. No instructions on rubbish collection or recycling which would have been helpful. Front door locks shut so keep key on you at all times. We locked ourselves out within minutes of arrival, host came quickly but forced open the door with a sheet of plastic! No spare key which is ridiculous. I do recommend the apartment but not for self catering .

Erg leuk, aan de boulevard het strand en de zee

Pros: Appartement is modern, schoon en staat aan de boulevard. Geen auto’s op de boulevard en geen fietsers. Cons: Beetje gehorig, geen airco en geen ventilator voor wat afkoeling. Wij sliepen met het raam open om wat afgekoelde buitenlucht binnen te halen. Het slaapkamer raam grenst aan het eigen terras maar die grenst weer aan het terras van de buren. Daar verbleven temperament volle Spanjaarden die tot Heel laat de vakantie zaten te vieren, dat veroorzaakte bij ons dus wel wat overlast.

Very good place to stay in Lanzarote

The house was very comfortable, right in front of the sea (with access to it). Jesus was great and accessible. The self check in is also very nice. Great experience 😀

Fantastic property, fantastic location

This is a lovely little apartment right on the sea front. The apartment has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with lovely cushions, plants and pictures. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotless clean. My only suggestion to the owner is to provide some bedside lights to make reading easier in the second bedroom, and perhaps prepare a guide to the area with tips on good restaurants, bike hire etc. But other that really great.

Location is amazing , apartment very comfortable. The only criticism is bedroom walls could be better insulated for sound.
