Villa in good location

Lovely property with all day sun on the terrace and pool area. Very convenient location with supermarket, restaurant and cafe a 2 min walk. Bus stop into Playa Blanca village also 2 min walk. Marina Rubicon with lots of shops and restaurants a 15 min walk along the lovely coastal walkway. Papagayo beaches 15 mins walk away.

Location was good, shops and supermarkets nearby We enjoyed our stay, however there was a couple of issues which we were disappointed with:1. Only 4 sun beds for a 6 bed villa, all sun beds were broken and cushions had rips in them - owner advised as soon as we noticed but were not replaced. 2. Toaster caught fire - owner said she would bring a replacement - not replaced. Also concerned that a fire alarm did not go off. 3. No information/welcome book - these normally state where the bins/recycling are located, places of interest etc.Suggestions:A spare set of sheets provided for each bed so we could have changed the beds during our stay without having to wash them all first. Small tables outside by the pool for drinks.

Super Urlaub für Groß und Klein in Lanzarote

Pros: Wir waren zu 6. da, 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (5Y, 3Y,11M). Der Pool, die Ausstattung, der Platz im Haus und vor allem der große Überdachte Bereich vor dem Haus beim Pool waren super. Wir haben nie drin gegessen, es war draußen einfach zu schön. Außerdem die gute Lage und der Stellplatz für das Auto direkt am Haus. Die traumhaftem Papagayo Strände sind nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein Supermarkt für alles nötige ist direkt um die Ecke. Cons: Der Badestrand ist nicht Fuß läufig entfernt. Die Waschmaschine ging kaputt und Ersatz hat eine Woche gedauert. War nicht schlimm aber eine Unannehmlichkeit, da wir uns drauf verlassen haben und einen Waschsalon aufsuchen mussten. Für kleine Kinder gibt es kein Gitterbett oder Hochstuhl. Wussten wir aber vorher und haben entsprechend eingepackt.
