The Space:

This Tropical vacation rental at Destin West offers an open floor plan! Our Destin West Villa has partial views of both the Gulf and bay. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. The beachside complex offers a 5,000-square-foot pool, a splash garden for the kids, a kiddie pool, and a large hot tub. Also, you have an annually heated pool beneath the villas. The beachside also has a state of the art Fitness Gym. The bayside offers a 700-foot lazy river, a heated pool with a waterfall flowing into it, and two large hot tubs in the center of the Bayside complex. There is also a gradual decline pool that feeds into the Lazy River. The bridge connecting the beachside complex to the bayside complex makes using all of the amenities at Destin West easy. This is the perfect location since The Gulfarium, The Boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.



This renovated third-floor villa has a tropical décor. The living space has a queen sofa bed with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a gorgeous parrot backsplash, a refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, microwave oven and a two burner cooktop. This condo has all the utensils to cook a home-cooked meal and enjoy it on the patio. You can use your laptop anywhere in the home or patio with WiFi.



The open bedroom offers a TV and a decorative armoire. The bathroom has a garden style tub with privacy glass and a walk in shower.

It was perfect for a couple! There's a 2 burner stove top but no oven. We didn't plan to cook anyway. We ate breakfast & lunch in the room. It didn't have much silverware. I think it only had 2 small spoons along with 4 forks & knives. We've stayed at that resort before. We liked the lazy river after a day at ths beach. It's great having beach service included! Very short walk to the beach.

Great location

It was a great place, great location, very hard to find to check in, no TV would work, bed was very hard and you felt the springs but all and all we appreciated the stand and would come again.

It was clean. The location was great. Several easy repairs could be made. The A/C not working when we arrived was pretty bad. We reported it the afternoon of arrival (tried to give it time to cool) called again the next morning, then maintenance finally arrived around 11 the next day & fixed the air. The actual resort, location, & cleanliness of the unit were great though.

Great Location!

We would definitely stay at this resort again! The condo was clean and a short walk to the beach. There’s only one condo next door then none for several miles so it’s easy to walk down and feel like you’re on a private beach! Great for a weekend getaway! We especially loved being able to walk down and enjoy restaurants just a quick walk down the beach and only a 5 minute drive to the Margaritaville area in Destin.

Very clean condo! Several pools to choose from. The room is on the same floor as the air walk that takes you back and forth to lazy river and beachside. Very convenient! Also, resort is right next to the boardwalk where your will find several beach front restaurants and shops! Awesome place to take the family!

Great location

This is a perfectly located condo. Super easy access to the beach, pools and the Boardwalk restaurants and shopping. The condo includes two rental chairs in the beach which is worth over $200. Super communication- text and phone. Very clean.

This is a great little place to stay! Two improvements I would recommend is sofa bed mattress replaced! Cleaning staff needs to work harder on floors and DUST! AC filter was awful.

What a great villa! Everything is totally remodeled and brand new. When we first walked into villa 305 we felt like we were in the islands! Pictures do not do it justice! White sand sugar beaches, pools, lazy river, pier and it's right next to the Boardwalk!!! Villa 305, see you next year!!!

The decor was wonderful especially the wall looked like a backdrop, took many pics with it.. The hula hut look was a perfect touch and the balcony set up was awesome as well! Color schemes perfecto! Very comfy and clean. Location location location Superb! Walking distance to the pier and Boardwalk! Definitely be back! Ty! 🏖😍

Great place to stay, the only thing that I had an issue with is the washer and dryer location. Was told there was one on site but was actually across the street at the Island hotel. Had problems with the card reader.

Patio door was broke on our arrival and one chair had blood like stains on it. Couch had stains on one cushion.bedroom dresser missing knobs/handles. Otherwise great place to stay. Friendly staff on sight.

Great location between Destin and Ft Walton Beach. Room was ok, a few issues.

Great location between Destin & Ft Walton Beach. Very short walk to beach from room, or use pedestrian bridge to cross the street to the Lazy River pool and river waterway area. Room was ok. Did not appear that it gets used much. Some of the shower towels were dirty / stained, room had a musty odor, some mold / mildew in the shower, kitchen and back side of porch curtains. Had a major leak under the sink, but maintenance was quick to respond and fix. All and all still a pretty good stay!
