The Space:

This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment.



The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby as well as shopping available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system located in the living room.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

There is no elevator in the building.

The whole condo needs updating and bad! Couch stinks and couch need you can’t sleep on it you’ll sink in the hole! Great view on ocean but wow this condo in dated and lots of issues

Great view and location in Ft.Walton

Island Sands is a gem tucked in between several larger places. With great beach access and accommodations, you can’t find a nicer place for the price. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, and the just the right size!

The Best!

Have stayed at Island Sands numerous times in different condos. While all have been extremely nice, this one is my favorite. Wonderful location and view from the balcony. Condo was clean, well equipped and was very comfortable there.

Super comfy and clean!!

This property was exactly as described/pictured. It was super clean and comfy. The matress on queen bed was so comfy!!! The fold-out was fine for our little kids. Beach and water were beautiful, never crowded. Location was great, easy to get to other island attractions. Would defiantly stay here again!!!

This was a great place to stay. The only thing that wasn't great was the building next door was being built, alot of noise during the week. Also we think that the bed needs to be replaced. Its starting to get the roll to the middle. We loved our stay and we will be back.

Amazing view

This is our third vacation to the Destin area, second time staying in this set of condominiums. We Absolutely love the views and the amazing beach access! Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the water is so relaxing! Walking to the beach is so easy and having a pool to dip into is also nice.Wish we didn't have to leave but we will definitely be coming back!

Great view! We had a great time. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that we had to deal with cigarette smoke when we were out on the balcony. Other than that, great time had by all and great location!

Vacation cut short.

The location was excellent right on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything my friends and I needed. The weather was beautiful. But...we had to leave early due to my husband having a stroke. When he's better we plan to go back maybe next year.
