Unwind in a two-bedroom all set up for relaxation. Central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an updated interior create a cool and comfortable year-round retreat. Guests of this rental will enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay, offering a variety of ways to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The home itself features a private furnished patio so that guests can enjoy fresh air. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking, with all utensils and major appliance, including a dishwasher. A high-top counter offers seating for three and full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for four. Wireless internet, flatscreen smart TVs, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials. Enjoy being close to the beach while in a comfortable haven of your own.

All of the amenities in this unit are in excellent condition, the condo was absolutely spotless and the bedding was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The location is perfect and access for check in and check out it was smooth and effortless

We stay in Destin every year during this same weekend and were excited to try this condo. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing compared to previous rentals.Upon arrival, neither of the access codes provided worked, leaving us unable to enter the condo until we were able to get assistance. We also encountered ants in one of the bathrooms during our stay, and the TV in the living room was not functioning.Communication could have been clearer as well. The check-out information sent prior to our stay indicated an 11:00 AM check-out time, but on the day of departure we received a message stating check-out was at 10:00 AM. The conflicting information created unnecessary confusion as we were preparing to leave.While the condo itself had potential, these issues negatively impacted our overall experience. I hope the management team addresses them for future guests.
