Bright and breezy, the home is tastefully furnished with a contemporary coastal design and amenities. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer



Enter through a sunny dining area overlooking the community tennis courts. With seating for six at the table, plus an additional four at the breakfast counter, there is plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy snacks and meals together. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle whatever is on the menu. An expansive balcony extends from the dining area to the living room. Furnished with a small bistro set, this is a shady spot to enjoy a morning coffee while catching a round of tennis on the courts below. The living room's plush sofa seating and easy chairs offer a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of sun. Beautiful views.

The property is just as pictured. Very roomy corner condo where you can watch the tides come in from your balcony, nice furnishings and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to eateries, groceries stores and across the street from the outlet mall. I will be recommending this unit to my clients as well as booking again next year.

walk to sand in 2 minutes

Stayed March 2023: Very nice, clean, I could walk to the sand in 2 minutes (very close), safe. I could see the water from the couch, was a great view. I would say the full kitchen did not have any; salt, pepper, oil spray pam…anything. It also had a real coffee machine, not k-kups option in the coffee maker, and no filters or coffee grounds are available. I understand you do not stock the refrigerator/ kitchen, a “starter” kit is provided that included like 2 pods for dishwasher and washing machine & 1 paper towel roll, but in my opinion someone staying 4 days vs my 2 weeks I literally had to purchase my own trash sacks (not even 1 extra was provided) and toilet paper (didn’t expect to have to order those). It would be nice to have a blow dryer (and beach towel) to not have to pack, but the description did accurately say they are not provided. 2 chairs and umbrella were included that I loved and I do not think the description included that. I have already booked my next 2 week stay for April birthday, and hope to find a place for a couple weeks in May too but availability is becoming limited. Enjoy your stay!!!
