Welcome to Tops'L Beach Manor 605
Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. Due to parking regulations, if your vehicle is over 6 foot 5 inches you will not be allowed to park at the resort they no longer have an overflow parking area.

Beautiful

This was our second time staying in this unit. We have stayed at Beach Manor for the past 8 years. We love the complex. This unit was clean and updated since the last time we stayed. It was an easy experience with Vrbo and the owner. Would definitely recommend. We look forward to coming back next year.

Great place to stay

We loved our trip here. Great biews and location. The building was being painted which stunk because we woke up to contruction workers ar our window for 3 days, but I know that isn't really controlable.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! The views are incredible. The balcony is a bit small but that's not where we knew we would spend the majority of our time. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, and the a/c was nice and cold! I must admit the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be replaced asap as it is losing strength. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect and quiet and the beach wasn't crowded. The beach access was easy for me and while chairs and an umbrella aren't part of the condo, the resort had a 3 day rental package that worked great for us. The unit itself was clean and well stocked, too. The price per night for our stay couldn't be beat and there was plenty of room for us and our young teenagers.

The property was under construction, however, it was overall a very nice experience. The Condo's furniture could have been better/replacements needed in the near future for sure. But... it was really overall a nice place and great get away!

We were a little confused at first because the gate code did not work for the parking garage, we got it sorted in no time and had a wonderful stay. The unit is a bit outdated, and the furniture showed a lot of wear and tear. But, all in all, clean and serviceable.

Top'l Beach Manor

Had a great time. Condo was great. Furniture was supposed to be brand new that was what I was told. Furniture was very old and outdated. Had holes in it. Definitely needs to be updated ASAP.

We’ve stayed at Beach Manor many times. Tops’l is our favorite resort and we hope to own somewhere in the area one day. My only little complaint... you need more than 2 coffee cups in the unit! First world problem, I know!

Awesome stay and experience

We had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised to see the condo decor was updated. Overall the stay was awesome so it minimized the uncomfortable master bed. The mattress was older and you sunk into the mattress. We had a difficult time locating the condo's on the GPS, we had to call for assistance. Office staff were reachable, everyone was really helpful and It all worked out. We would definetly do this again!

Great resort, condo needs updating

Tops’l Resort is a fantastic development in Miramar Beach: several pools, great pool bar/restaurant, and easy beach access. The condo itself is nice with fantastic views, but needs some updates. Part of patio doorknob kept falling off, floorboard was loose, shower backed up, TV quit working. They were very fast to fix the shower and replaced the TV, which was good.

The location is great. The condo had some issues. Drains didn’t drain (. But they fixed them). Internet was out for a few days ( but they fixed it) Working on fire alarms and ac units all while we were there…

Great Condo

We loved this condo! There is a great view of beach and foliage. It is very spacious. The kitchen was well equip for eating meals in the condo. An additional set of silverware would have helped us from having to was silverware so often. My children enjoyed the room with the twin beds. The restaurant at the pool beside the beach was very good! It is also nice to have a bar right at the pool to get the kids drinks throughout the day [and adult drinks too ;)] The parking garage is a little tight so parking can be difficult with a SUV or truck. Overall we really liked Tops'l Beach Manor and hope to stay again!

Beach rules

They didn't have our info at the little guard shack so we had to wait on that. The facility is gorgeous and the condo itself was also great. The balcony pics on the ad are a little misleading, but the condo was great. The beach though, that's another story. No umbrellas in front of their umbrellas, you can't fish on their property, you can't sit in certain spots on the beach because they're reserved for condo owners. I've never stayed anywhere that had so many rules on the beach.

Nice location but condo needs some attention

We loved the location because you are literally just steps away from the beach. The unit we stayed in was 605. The condo needs some maintenance. Both tubs were clogged and the shower curtains have mold. The curtain to the balcony was broken so we weren't able to fully appreciate the full view of the beach. The host takes a long time to reply to requests and questions so we didn't even bother waiting for maintenance to fix these issues. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely come back, but not to this unit.

Condo

This condo was definitively not as clean as any other condo we’ve stayed in the 20 years we’ve been coming to Destin. The shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom cabinets were so dirty and damaged that I didn’t use them. Pictures that were hanging on the walls were very dusty. The kitchen was not well stocked. Skillets and pans were badly damaged from use. We will not stay at this property again.
