The Space:

From the stunning ocean views to the jetted tub, this oceanfront condo is a fun vacation base for a couple or small group. Guests can enjoy amenities like a fitness center, two pools (one seasonally heated), a tennis court, and the shared charcoal grill. Then again, the beach is just a few steps away!



WHAT’S NEARBY

Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun carnival setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

Overall great stay

This was probably the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed at with the FASTEST elevators! The views were amazing and the condo had everything we could need. The only negatives were the slow responses by the management team on questions we had, it was a stuggle to unlock the door for the pool, and the AC struggled to cool the condo at night.

PCB is for me!

Great everything. Didn’t want to leave. Only issue we had was the dryer was a bit annoying and squeaky as it dried.

Beautiful Views

Great location that isn’t over crowded. Check in & out was a breeze. Beach service was on point and the condo was beautiful. We had the most beautiful views. Only complaint we had was issues with the elevators that caused extremely long wait times to get to and from our condo on the 18th floor. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Location was great and elevators were fast

The view was great and the elevators were fast. I always saw people around the property cleaning and making things nice. The check-in process was awesome. There were things inside the condo that could’ve been much better. If you’re needing the less expensive option, this place would be great. There are two bathrooms which is always welcome and it does include two beach chairs set up.

Great views, very nice condo

Overall everything was very good. Only a few minor things, but disappoing the property management knew about the dryer being broken, but did not make us aware. We would not have done a load of wash if we knew that ahead of time. But, it was not enough to give lower than 5 stars. Condo was everything we were looking for in a getaway. Dropped down the cleanliness to 4 stars due yo the location of the frying pans under the sink trap. Either cover it please, or at least clean it, as it was very dirty. Top of the fridge could use a bit of live too - glad I checked before putting anything on top. Management company was very responsive, which was nice. Overall, would stay here again.

Pray you don’t need assistance

Wonderful property, clean, conveniently located, great amenities, but terrible technical assistance through Vasca waiting on their “local repair team who took 30 hours to fix our A/C unit. We called at 4 pm the minute we got there and no one came until 7 pm the next day. We called and called and they kept saying “we are waiting on a response from our local team”. We could never speak to someone directly in charge of the condo.

Comfortable and relaxing get away

We enjoyed the balcony with ocean view, the comfortable living room area, and the kitchen for cooking our own food. We were looking to have some quiet time to relax for our anniversary, and it was just what we needed. We also greatly enjoyed the beach and the complimentary chairs!

Great getaway, beautiful location.

Had a great week. This location is the last larger condo on this beach. Not as crowded. Very nice room, no issues other than a drunk playing loud music most of the week on the beach. Owners: please add room darkening curtains in the bedroom for people that like to sleep late on vacation.

Stunning property!

Wow! From the moment we stepped in the door, our stay exceeded my expectations! The view was beautiful, furniture was cozy, and amenities were perfect for my family. The Vacasa staff checked in with my prior to our stay and after we arrived to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was greatly appreciated. The description of the unit was accurate and allowed us to pack accordingly. Also very thankful for the included beach chair service!
