Amazing stay in Berlin

We had a great experience staying here. The apartment was convenient to many sights and restaurants. It was so close to multiple transportation types which made travel around the city easy and accessible. The space itself had all the amenities we could have wanted which made our stay amazing!

Wonderful cozy apartment

This apartment was very cozy and comfortable for our stay. It is very close to the S-Bahn station, so getting around Berlin was very easy. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great Location!

The property is in a great area within easy walking distance of public transport. The apartment itself was clean and the washer was a huge plus. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent spacious place to stay which matched the description perfectly. It is well worth the climb (it's on the 4th floor, no lift). Helpful and responsive host. The kitchen is well equiped. Excellent central heating - the apartment warmed up quickly. The roof terrace looks as though it would be good in the summer. 15 minutes walk to Berlin Hautbanhof. Lots of restaurants around, including a good Italian one on the ground floor of the block. Lidl within 300m.

Great apartment in good location

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Berlin. It’s located within walking distance to so many sights and public transport. Check-in process easy and host responded quickly to fix issue with internet. Would definitely stay here again. Be advised there are 3 flights of stairs with no lift. It was quiet and bright with comfy bed!!

Fantastic location and quirky apartment

We had a wonderful stay here and a real bonus was the very spacious roof terrace - we had great weather so it was fabulous. The apartment is quite small but has everything you need. Having a washing machine was also really good. It’s worth noting that this is an attic flat. We are in our late 50s and did find the climb up three floors quite tiring after a long day out sightseeing.

The apartment is on the fourth floor - no elevator - which is stated in the listing. It has lots of windows and a balcony - kind of like being in a tree house and I loved that part. The kitchen is well stocked and the washing machine was great add. You have access to a courtyard - so we were able to rent bikes and store them with no worries. If you need dark to sleep this is not the place for you - there is no way to block the light. The bedding could be improved.

Perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der unkomplizierten Vermieterin per SMS klappte bestens. Da die Dachwohnung wegen der schrägen Fensterfronten nicht richtig verdunkelt werden kann, ist es in den Sommermonaten schon frühmorgens hell. Trotz diesem kleinen Nachteil würde ich diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Très agréable appartement pour un couple, très lumineux et belle terrasse (inusitée en hiver). on rejoint un avis concernant les escaliers qui sont assez raides et inadaptés pour personnes à mobilité réduite -devrait être mieux précisé dans l'annonce.

Perfekt für alleinreisende.

Gute zentrale Lage, zu Fuss vieles erreichbar ohne auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein, falls man nur die Innenstadt besichtigen möchte. Die Wohnung eignet sich eher nur für 1. Person, für ein Liebespaar/Ehepaar eher weniger geeignet. Es sind wenig Verstauungsmöglichkeiten für Kleider vorhanden, falls man eben zu 2. auf Reisen ist. Die Wohnung selber, bietet alles was man braucht. Terrasse gegen den Innenhof, die könnte dafür etwas schöner gestaltet sein beziehungsweise gepflegter sein, ohne halbtote Pflanzen. Dies kompensiert sich aber wieder da sie richtung Innenhof ist und darum ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Vermieterin Frau Thimm, freundlich und auch interessiert für was man in Berlin und Umgebung so interessiert.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schönes, helles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Dachgeschoss in ruhiger Lage im Regierungsviertel. Die Dachterrasse ist nicht einsehbar und hat einen tollen Blick auf Fernsehturm und Charite. Das innenliegende Mini-Badezimmer riecht etwas muffig und die Lüftung ist sehr laut und langanhaltend (stört etwas beim Wiedereinschlafen in der Nacht). Dafür ist der Preis jedoch nicht besonders hoch und angemessen.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Das Objekt ist gut mit Dingen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet. Es war kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Empfehlenswert ist es mit dem Zug anzureisen, da die Parkgebühren extrem hoch sind. Danke an Frau Thimm, die mir jederzeit zur Verfügung stand.

Geeignetes Apartement für einen Städtetrip

Sehr nette Eigentümerin Und ideal gelegenes Appartement, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig/ mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings war der Fußboden bei der Ankunft verschmutzt und da könnte allgemein etwas sauberer sein. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung und für den Preis Top.

Nur für Besucher bis 65 Jahre geeignet

Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Die Treppen sind sehr steil. Es ist teilweise eine Wendeltreppe. Man sollte in der Beschreibung des Objektes angeben, dass es nur für jüngere Leute geeignet ist. Ansonsten - Lage usw - in Ordnung

Es tut uns sehr leid,dass unser Objekt für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet ist.Wir haben bereits in unserer Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen,dass sich die Emil Tischbein Suite im 3.Stock eines sanierten Altbaus (ohne Aufzug)befindet und eine sehr grosse Dachterrasse zur Verfügung steht.Wir hoffen,dass unsere Aufmerksamkeit zum 80.Geburtstag dennoch ein wenig zu einem guten Aufenthalt beitragen konnte.EIne Wendeltreppe gibt es hingegen nicht.Wir haben regelmäßig Gäste jeden Alters,die uns auch immer willkommen sind.
