The Space:

Lakefront and beachfront living - you'll enjoy the best of both worlds at this Carillon Beach Inn condo. Showcasing waterfront views of the on-site lake, this sunny resort-style studio also boasts on-site access to a suite of fabulous amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, sports courts, and direct beach access from the property. Groceries, convenience stores, and a variety of dining options are within walking distance of the condo. Nature lovers will love the close proximity to Florida's chain of designated coastal dune lake habitats stretching from Camp Helen State Park to Topsail State Park.



The condo itself comes well-appointed with all the contemporary comforts of home. When you're not taking in the views on the private balcony, relax inside with shows and movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen is ready to handle home cooking, and additional perks include central air-conditioning and free WiFi. Laundry facilities in the building provide added on-site convenience.

We had an excellent time! The property and amenities were fantastic. The location was great! The beach included two lounges and an umbrella which were so convenient and of course the water was amazing. The walk to the beach was a little long, about 10 minutes, but a really nice walk. I highly recommend!

chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. My girls loved all of the pools and the park. It’s nice to have a place to get breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance. The condo served us well (1 adult and 2 kids). The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the dishwasher. We had the best time and will return for sure.

Beach trip

Its not beach front which was disappointing because looking at the photos it seems to have be beach front but it was about a 10 minute walk in the 100 degree heat with coolers, and bags.

Outdated property

Beautiful view and nice option of pools, cute little shops downstairs. Not bad of a location. The property management is useless, they don’t know anything and do not help. Very outdated unit - one of the balcony doors is broken and doesn’t shut all the way or open at all; microwave that looks like it’s been in WWWI; stained mattress cover; broken range and faucet; no vacuum; no gym as advertised; no directions/map given to find the pools; nasty public laundry room that used only quarters; lack of full kitchen utensils; poor bedding blankets that are a cheap light couch blanket.
