Casa Carmen

The location close to the new lava flow and the closure of many important roads made getting about very challenging. Most of the local restaurants and shops were closed post covid and the eruption and not knowing this in advance meant we couldn't properly plan for this. However, the villa itself, and Carmen whom I met briefly, were fabulous. Amazing views and just about everything you could imagine you would ever need was in the villa. There was even a lovely bottle of local red wine. More transparency from the Vrbo about the effects on local shops and restaurants would have massively improved the experience.

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser hübschen Finca. Haben besonders die Terasse und den tollen Ausblick auf's Meer und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände waren in 15 Auto-Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht aber nur Spanisch. Irgendwie konnte man sich aber dennoch verständigen und wir hätten bei Problemen jederzeit die Ferienagentur erreichen können. Hier bekamen wir auch hilfreiche Tipps und Informationen. Zur Begrüssung standen Wasser, Wein, Bananen und Knabbersachen auf dem Tisch - toll! Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig die enge Zufahrt zum Haus.

La palma pur. Typusch palmerisches haus mit wunderbar grossen terassen und einer tollen aussicht.

Wir haben uns direkt bei Betreten des Hauses wohlgefühlt und schöne Abende vor dem kamin verbracht. Zuwegung etwas schmal und holprig, aber man wird belohnt.Wunderbar authentisch un!empfangempfang

Tolles Haus in Sichtweite des Vulkans, tolle Ausstattung.

Das Haus in typischem, palmerischem Baustil, war sehr schön und hatte eine super Ausstattung. Der Empfang von Señora Carmen war sehr herzlich. Auf dem Tisch standen Obst und Wein. Super Blick auf das Tal zwischen Las Manchas und Los Llanos. Auch das Ausmaß des Vulkanausbruchs sind gut erkennbar. Die neue Straße durch das Lavafelder, also die Verbindung zwischen dem Aridane Tal und dem Süden der Insel ist jetzt rund um die Uhr befahrbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.
