Villa in Son Parc with privat pool next to the golf course

This beautiful villa is located directly on Menorca's only golf course with a view of hole No. 5 and only 1,800 m from the beach.

The property faces south. The beautiful palm garden is very private and invites you to relax. A sunny terrace and a roof terrace offer plenty of space for guests who like to enjoy the sun. A cozy garden lounge also offers shade in the warm summer months.

The pool is 100% private for our guests and is approx. 10m x 4m. At the deepest point approx. 2m and at the flat point with steps, it is easy to walk on.

The main entrance of the villa leads through a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen. A drinks refrigerator, a fridge and freezer combination for food, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outside there is also a Weber gas grill available for our guests.

The spacious dining / living room with access to the garden / pool area is furnished with beautiful comfortable sofas and a spacious table as well as satellite TV. This area is air-conditioned.

A first double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. It has a patio door that allows direct access to the pool. A cross trainer and an exercise bike are also available for free. This room is also air conditioned.

A second bedroom with two single beds shares the bathroom (shower tray) with the third bedroom, which is accessed via a space. This has a double bed and direct access to a quiet and very private terrace in the rear and cooler part of the house. The space in between has a sofa bed ideal for children.

Son Parc is a very exclusive residential area which is ideally located on the north coast of Menorca, in the middle of pine forests (green lung of the island) halfway between the two capitals Mahon and Ciudatella. The typical port of Fornells is 10 minutes away. There you can practice all water sports or rent a boat to explore the many pristine bays on the north coast by sea. Back in the evening, enjoy the night market before dining in front of the boats.

10/10 – Wonderfully Equipped Villa!The villa had everything we needed and more—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. Great pool and outdoor area ,comfortable rooms, and a very peaceful location but still close enough to restaurants, shops and beaches. The host was super friendly and helpful . Etwas ganz besonderes….

Wir waren jetzt das 2te Mal bei Ana & Johannes im Haus und es war wieder super schön. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir lieben es abends am Pool gemütlich unter dem Freisitz zu chillen.

Large, beautiful villa - perfect for family

I stayed in August 2024 with my wife and 3 kids (15,12,9) and had a fabulous experience. The villa is beautiful and is very well designed with artwork, furniture and soft furnishings. It was very well equipped (including everything you’d need in a kitchen, towels, dishwasher tablets, washing machine etc.) there is loads of space, different rooms and areas to sit and plenty of storage. The outside and pool area was massive. The sun was on the pool all day which was brilliant. There was also shady seats for cooling off. The area is very quiet and the whole island can be reached easily with a car. Decent supermarket is 15 min walk or 2 min drive so perfect for fresh bread and pastries in the morning. You can walk to the beach from the villa but we drove as it was so hot and we took picnics etc. The hosts were responsive to messages, very welcoming and couldn’t have done more to help everything run smoothly. There is a local management company who came very quickly and replaced a pool light bulb that blew - they too were polite and professional. In short, we had a great holiday, we’d definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Fantastic stay

The villa is set opposite the 5th green of the golf course. Beautiful grounds and large pool. This was the most well equipped villa we have stayed in. It had everything you needed and more. Will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your villa with us

Lovely villa in good location

The villa is nice and spacious, kitchen well equipped, linen and towels were all of good quality, plenty of seating inside and out. Lovely covered outdoor seating area, perfect for evening drinks. The pool is great size and is well looked after. The location is great, only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Son Park, very quiet and peaceful around the villa. We always hire a car which lets us explore around the island but you could easily stay at the villa and walk to the restaurants, supermarket, beach (20 min walk). Ana was always quick with a reply to any questions that we had before the trip and the housekeeping guys were very helpful (especially after a huge storm that hit the island!)

Three holidays in one

I stayed here for three weeks. Week one I was on my own without a car. I had a marvelous lazy week enjoying this lovely villa. In week two my son, daughter in law, and one-year old granddaughter joined me. Again we enjoyed the villa, but with a car, we got a bit further afield to the beautiful nearby beach, to Mahon, Ciutadela and Fornells. In week three I was on my own again, with a car, and made a few excursions to some of the cultural gems on this beautiful island (less appealing to a one-year old!). I had a wonderful holiday and the owner, Ana, and Denise at the local management company could not have been more helpful.

Peaceful holiday in Menorca

Our family of four spent a week in this fantastic property. A very nice vacation home that is rented out when the owners are not using it. As such, the place is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The pictures don't really do justice to this house in Son Parc, right next to the golf course. The pool was nice after a hot day in the sun visiting calas around the island and the patio area made for great evening card games. We used the convenient barbecue a couple of nights as well. The house is extremely spacious and the kitchen and laundry room are large as well. As there is only air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom and we got hit with a heat wave the first two nights, one of our children had a bit of difficulty sleeping. But after it returned to normal temperatures we were fine with the fans that were provided. Both the owner, Ana, and the maintenance service were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

Just Fabulous !

The pictures really don’t do justice to the property. As a family with 2 teenage children, we had the best week. The outside living space is very private and most relaxing with beautiful gardens, one of the cleanest pools we’ve had in a property. Inside, the house was very clean and beautifully furnished. You couldn’t wish for more, we will definitely be back ! Ana the owner was so easy to communicate with.
