Welcome to a true home away from home. Located in Clay Center, this spacious, family-friendly house comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms and two levels. Enjoy two living areas, a fully fenced backyard, and a park and playground caddy-corner from the home. Pull-out couches are available for additional guests with prior approval. Perfect for families, groups, or longer stays—unpack, relax, and settle in.

Sleeping arrangements
• Main floor – Bedroom 1: 1 full-size bed
• Main floor – Bedroom 2: 2 twin XL beds
• Lower level: 1 queen-size bed + 1 set of twin bunk beds

Bathrooms
• Main floor: 1 full bathroom
• Lower level: 1 full bathroom

Spaces
• Main floor: Living area, full bathroom, and kitchen
• Lower level: Second living area, full bathroom, and laundry (washer + dryer)

We do have a propane grill that you can use. Please just give us advance notice if you'd like to use it, so we can have it out for you.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home except for:
• The garage
• One locked storage room in the basement

These areas are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible during your stay.
