This unit is direct oceanfront. It has 3 bedrooms and is 1,800 square feet. In addition, it has a 350 square foot balcony and has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious. By renovated it has a renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It is newer on the rental market. It is beautiful!

Access to the beach is convenient. Just a short walk over the private walkway and the wonderful wide and sandy white beach is right there. This unit is immaculate and will be thoroughly cleaned after each guest. The cleaning fee is included.

This home also has nicely designed rooms. Sliding glass doors (new sliders 4Q14) offer ocean views from the open living room, master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. The covered balcony offers plenty of room for dining or just relaxing. Peaceful blues, taupes and grays make up the warm interior. High quality furnishings with casual decor add to the ambiance. The living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, a 60 in. Smart TV, Blueray/DVD, and high speed wireless Internet. Cook by the sound of the waves with the fully stocked kitchen, complete with quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, microwave, self clean oven/cook top, French door refrigerator....all stainless appliances. The early morning sunrise will be viewed from the master suite with king size bed, a large walk in closet and a roomy master bath. There is a huge shower that has dual showerheads. There are two other sizable with a queen bed and one with twin beds...and they share a second bathroom with tub that is also accessible from the hallway. A brand new washer and dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet.

Hibiscus A202 is ideally located on the second floor of a condominium complex that is constructed of wood and has won architectural awards. It has a lot of character. The beach is beautiful and vast and you will be RIGHT ON IT! Because this is a second floor unit, the view is the best it can be meaning the dunes hide the folks walking on the beach– it is totally private! The dunes are restricted because of the tortoise sanctuary- they won’t bother you – they go towards the ocean and moon, not the condo. You just need to walk on the walkways and not the dunes please.

The dining table seats 8 and is ideally placed directly opposite the gourmet kitchen.

The living room and master bedrooms each have their own doorwalls with ocean front views. The living room doorwall is 15ft and the master is 13ft. This equates to 28 foot of glass overlooking the ocean!

The kitchen is outfitted with all the conveniences of home! Beautiful new cabinets, white quartz counters, and top quality appliances will make meal enjoyable The large refrigerator, cooktop, full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal are all new.

St. Augustine is a delightful historic destination, with many attractions, walking streets, boutiques, great restaurants, carriage rides, walking tours (ghost walks, pub crawls, food tours), a super outlet mall, river and Intracoastal cruises, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and much more. Golf abounds, both in the St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas. The new World Golf Village is just 30 minutes away and dozens of other public and semi public courses are within minutes in several directions! Easy day trips can be made to Daytona and Marineland (about 45 minutes); Disney World and other Orlando theme parks (about 2 hours); the Kennedy Space Center (about 2 hours) and to various parks throughout northern and central Florida.

Why Rosalie Rysztak chose Saint Augustine

We love the area and the weather. It is less commercial and more relaxed with lots of great local restaurants and bars. It is close to St. Augustine with all the attractions, historic things such as the fort, carriage rides, walking tours, etc that this area has to offer. We could go to a different restaurant every night and never hit them all. After coming to this area for 7 years, we are still discovering new things to do.

What makes this condo unique

What is unique about this place is the large doorwalls leading to the huge balcony with great ocean views. The unit is large, well designed and has a great layout. My goal is to have one of the nicest and cleanest condo's on the beach!

Just as advertised and more. Rosalie was responsive and clearly cared greatly that her “guests” enjoyed her home away from home as much as her family does. Complex is nice, but the unit itself is superior.

Few things in life actually live up to your expectation. This condo is certainly the exception. We were in love with it from the moment we walked through the front door and saw the panoramic ocean view. Everything about the condo was as described. It is spotless!. It is elegantly decorated, yet totally comfortable. There was absolutely nothing that we lacked to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had every amenity. The beach umbrellas, towels and chairs were incredibly convenient. Rosemary is so easy to work with. She answered every e-mail question in a timely manner. The only reason I would say anything negative about this condo experience is that I want to go back and hope that it isn't continuously booked!

Fun in the Florida Sun!

This was the perfect place for my family to come together during my nephew's wedding week. The unit is well appointed and the office staff very friendly and helpful. It's only a few minutes drive to Publix for groceries, local restaurants and into historic St Augustine. Highly recommend!!
