Imagine walking in the front door of a townhouse to see the beautiful sand and ocean in your backyard AND sideyard. Enjoy playing Tennis. Pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, basketball and using the gym and swimming in a heated pool.
Relax on the balcony, enjoy eating meals with the oceanwaves soothingly rolling in less than 50 yards away. Stay in the just completed, remodeled townhouse that has ocean views in the rear and side windows. Watch the sun rise from inside while sitting on the couch or laying in bed.
Take a ride to downtown St.Augustine 25 mins away or walk across the street to Fort Mantanzas National Park.
***2 Tennis Rackets and balls are there for our guests to enjoy.
***6 Beach Chairs are in apartment for your use.
There are 4 heated pools on the property. 1 pool is approximately 100' from our Townhome.
**We have body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in our full baths.
we live pets but unfortunately Summerhouse Condos has a no pet policy.

Renter Beware

We stay every year somewhere in the area with family and friends to celebrate the life of a good friend of mine, a fellow US Army Veteran, that passed. We have a lot of experience in different summer house condo units.This unit looks nice in the pictures, and isn't terrible inside, but there are misrepresentations. The stove had a chunk taken out of it and was dangerously repaired and hidden with tape. The sofa is misrepresented. There isn't even a proper broom in the condo. Though, the interior of the unit wasn't the issue.The Host is certainly looking to find ways to charge for items to make additional money. Make sure to do a thorough check of the status of this unit when you check in and immediately report deficiencies, or expect the Host to come forward with these items for you to pay for later. And, don't expect an itemized list of what you are charged for, just a big dollar amount based on what the Host feels. The host may even complain about the method in which you re sort the chairs back in the storage closet. So, just beware and make sure you know what you're getting into if you do rent this unit.

Comfy & Cozy

We have stayed at Summerhouse a lot and this was by far our favorite place. The living room was comfortable to hang out, the beds provided sound sleep, and the extra views on the corner were all highlights! The hosts were helpful and added small details that made it that much better.

Great stay by the water!

this place is really first rate from the moment you enter the condo you can hear the sound of the waves everything in the unit is clean. Bedrooms are very comfy, and the unit really feels pristine in every way.I would definitely want to return to this place.

A new family tradition created

We loved our stay at this stunning property. Initially while searching we were torn on splurging for ocean front but boy was it worth the investment! With a 7 year old and a new born, being able to watch our oldest down at the beach with grandparents while sitting on the porch or even just inside the doors (gotta love that AC option) was wonderful! By our second day we were already considering a trip back. The owners were phenomenal and coming from someone who works in the hospitality industry I can say their hearts are in it. Excellent communication and a strong desire to make the experience pleasant from start to finish. Big thanks to our host - we will be back😉

Great place

The townhome was pretty, spacious enough for the 4 of us and is in a great location with a great view! The host was quick to respond and very nice. I highly recommend staying here! We can’t wait to come back!

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful week! The location is perfect, just steps away from an absolutely beautiful beach. There is a nice pool with plenty of lounges also steps outside of the condo. There were plenty of comfortable beach chairs to use and beach towels. The host gave us some great recommendations as well. It is an easy drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Perfect Oceanside Retreat

Our family - four kids 10, 12, 15, 17 - stayed in this lovely condo for 10 nights. It was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, safe, fantastic location, big enough, great hosts (easy to contact and very quick with responses), LOTS of little things that add up to big smiles from me - usually when we stay somewhere there aren't enough bath towels, we had SO many bath towels! And a super fluffy beach towel for each of us! And six beach chairs! - it was wonderful. The beach is a 10/10. The beach is 'just outside' - for real. One of the pools is 'just outside' in the other direction. It's an end unit so lots of sunlight, no noise from the unit next door. The washer/dryer is super handy - we gave that thing a workout. I LOVED that there was a vacuum, mop, broom, and basic cleaning supplies (10 days is a long time for me to go without doing a little housekeeping, especially with the sand - no matter how hard you try, it WILL make it onto the floors). It was also nice that there were some essential starter items: dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, water bottles, and coffee pods already in the unit. We never remember to pick these up on our first trip to the store. The entire complex is great. Our oldest two checked out a basketball from the front office and played every afternoon. We used the gym, both playgrounds, and grilled out near the pavilion by the big swingset (a huge bonus for our youngest who LOVES swings). All of it was perfect for us.

St Augustine Stay

This property was a very pleasant surprise. The photos from the listing did not do it justice; the unit is much better in person. The unit was well stocked with the basic necessities, and also had a full closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and the fun extra things that make a family trip easier. The location was close to St Augustine, but far enough to be much quieter. There are good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, but nothing within walking distance. We didn't get a chance to use the amenities of the complex, but there was a ton of non beach related activities to do. There were kids playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball, swimming pools all available for free use. The hosts were extremely good at communicating, and very fast at answering any of the questions we had. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us many good recommendations for things to do and things to try that we hadn't thought of. We definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in the area, particularly families with small kids. Not every place works for families with kids; this one does. We will be looking to stay there again.

Ocean view and access with a cottage vibe!

My wife and I stayed in this excellent townhouse this past week. What an amazing location! The owners worked hard to make this the great experience it was. If you are looking for a relaxing location with fun amenities, and the best access to the beach, this is the place for you. We will recommend this rental to friends and family.

Perfect Getaway!

I don't think we could have possibly had a better experience. Waking up to sun rising above the rolling waves, there aren't words to describe the views from the balcony. The location is perfect settled between the pool and the ocean, less than a 2 minute walk to both. We spent our days in the sun, playing in the waves or floating in the pool. Our evenings were spent cooking together and then sitting around the large kitchen table sharing meals and conversations. We ended our nights in sweet slumber dreaming of the next days fun yet to come. The home was super clean and very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating with open and easy communication. The only thing we longed for were more vacation days so we could have stayed longer.

An amazing beach getaway

This condo is totally redone- the unit is clean, updated, modern, and the view of the beach is spectacular. Small details like leaving a clean sponge, two laundry detergent pods, and comfy beach chairs make it a win! Amazing unit owners who are very communicative
