Just 0.7 miles from Sylvan Beach, this private home features a spacious primary suite, second bedroom, three bathrooms, a cozy upstairs entertainment center, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Filled with natural light and warm textures, it’s perfect for romantic getaways, family trips, peaceful retreats, and special celebrations. Provides easy access to Kemah, NASA, Downtown Houston, the Medical Center, and Galveston.

Guests limited to max of 6 ppl unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized additional guests may result in cancellation of reservation. Please respect the space & handle items with care. Place trash in the backyard black bin. Avoid staining walls & linens; don't use white towels for makeup/shaving. Load used dishes into the dishwasher. Decorative pillows/throws should be removed & placed in the basket or closet.

With two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one king and one queen, there’s plenty of space to unwind in comfort. The home features three bathrooms, including a jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and thoughtful essentials like a hair dryer to make your stay effortless. Central climate control keeps the atmosphere cozy year-round, whether you’re curling up after a beach day or enjoying a slow morning indoors.

Absolutely beautiful beach home! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location to visit our grandchildren. Appreciate the fact the owner allows a dog. It’s a short walk to Sylvan Beach and we enjoyed exploring the area very much. The house is pristine clean and well stocked! Lots of extras and conveniences. We hope to visit again in the future!

Excellent- would stay again. Great location. Quiet neighborhood & easy to take scenic walks. Great yard for our old dog to rest on back porch. We both were able to comfortably work remote several days in an area large enough to not interfere in the others space. Beautiful decor as well. Very clean. New.

We picked this place because it looked like a spa, and it totally feels like one, too! The place is new and gorgeous, especially if you like the new modern designs houses have now. The place was very clean, and there was plenty of space for you to move around. We loved that we were able to also enjoy the place with our dog. The TV was nice and big (great for movie night, so don't forget to bring popcorn!). The beds were soft (we even got a sleep score of 98 on our first night!). The bathrooms weren't cramped, and they had lovely scents and soaps (enough for us to try to find and replicate at home). The patio was a great place to eat breakfast in the morning. Since the house is new and hasn't been "lived in", some of the typical household functionalities aren't there yet, but I assume it'll get there over time. Not a big deal, especially if you're staying a few days.
