The detached villa, built in 2018, is modern, rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire pit and dog kennel. Whether you want to relax or are looking for an adventurous time, our holiday homes are the ideal place for your holiday. Enjoy a few laps in the pool before breakfast and unwind in the evening on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine. Experience the breathtaking Istrian coastline with its beautiful beaches and enjoy the diverse cultural offerings in nearby Poreč or Novigrad, or make use of the numerous water sports and leisure activities and let yourself be spoiled by Istria’s excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Feel at home with us and lose track of time.


Location
Vabriga, 700 m above sea level. The villa is situated on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. With us you will find the perfect place for your relaxing holiday. Let yourself go and enjoy the peace of a small village just 10 minutes from Poreč and Novigrad. Crystal-blue sea, the mild climate, Mediterranean landscapes, unique cultural treasures and warm hospitality make Istria so distinctive. Shaped by our ancestors who settled here from all over Europe, in Istria you will find the best of Greece, Italy and Austria combined. Odysseus no longer wanted to leave here, the Italians even took the whole peninsula for themselves and left their mark on the cuisine and language. Empress Elisabeth also spent many happy holidays here and recovered in the mild climate.

Here, in the midst of the small picturesque Croatian village of Vabriga, we built two holiday villas for you in 2018, to the best of our knowledge and belief, with everything that for us belongs to a perfect holiday. And all this just under a six-hour drive from Munich.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early March to early November 4 m x 8 m 4 m deep).

Main road 1000 m. Children’s playground 1000 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 1000 m in Lanterna (private beach and nudist beach 3 km in Lanterna with lawn, sand and stones). Lanterna: tennis, golf, mini-golf, horse riding, diving, water sports facilities, boat hire, mooring each 1000 m. Dog beach 2 km. Fishing in Novigrad 5 km. No matter the season: in spring, when you are still scraping ice at home, the first flowers and shrubs are already in bloom here. The ideal time for all outdoor activities: hiking, tennis, golf, biking – soak up the first warm rays of sunshine of the year. Try wild asparagus, raise a glass to the new vintages in the wine cellars and discover the Istrian way of life.

Summer, sun, sunshine – with us, almost guaranteed. Our summer months are hot, dry and full of life. Historical festivals and modern music festivals in our towns and harbours welcome all international guests and offer unforgettable moments of unrestrained zest for life!

Autumn is harvest time: olives, wine and truffles are our favourites. Did you know that Istrian olive oil has overtaken Italy and Greece internationally and is now among the best in the world? And our wines – it’s worth exploring the vineyards. Truffle hunting is a bit more challenging – but that shouldn’t be your concern. Simply enjoy the fresh truffles in one of our delicious national dishes, “fuži”, the Istrian national pasta. Best of all in one of the farmhouse restaurants, where the chef still searches for the exclusive mushrooms himself – it doesn’t get any fresher!
