Wunderschƶne Wohnung am Meer

Die Whg ist prima eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Christina ist sehr gut. Gute Einkaufmƶglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein kleiner Kiesstrand ist vor dem Haus. Der Sandstrand von Santa Ponca ist nur 10 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Der Aufenthalt hat sich sehr gelohnt! Danke fĆ¼r alles!

Tolle kleine Wohnung nah am Strand

Die Wohnung ist gemĆ¼tlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Dazu eine Klimaanlage, die man kaum hƶrt und den Strand direkt vor der TĆ¼r. Mit dem Auto kommt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu mehreren anderen tollen StrƤnden und Palma ist nur circa 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Ortsteil selbst hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Nette Vermieterin, Kommunikation und WohnungsĆ¼bergabe waren einfach. Kƶnnen wir nur empfehlen!

What a little gem, my partner and twelve-year-old daughter loved every minute. Christina was just the perfect host, she was there ready to meet us at midnight after a late flight and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable, the fridge was stocked with essentials so we could have a lie in and relax the following morning. Christina has thought of everything to make the apartment homely and comfortable, even the pull-out sofa bed was fantastic, I was concerned that it may be a little small for my daughter, but it was perfect. We loved the location, 10 mins walk from the beach/centre (which was great as we didnā€™t want to be any closer), shops a stone throw away to grab everything you need, taxi rank nearby but the thing we loved the most was our private little cove. My partner and daughter love the sea but I didnā€™t think we would make the most of it as much as we did, we were having early morning swims and last thing at night dips, itā€™s a hidden gem as tourists donā€™t venture here and itā€™s just the locals that enjoy it mostly. Christina has even put a couple of deck chairs in the apartment to take down to the cove if you want to spend the day there. We used the apartment as a great base to explore this side of Majorca but we were delighted that we made the most of the gorgeous apartment with breakfast with a lovely view on the balcony and lots of swimming. We cant wait to book again xxxx

Highly recommend

This apartment was perfectly situated for walking to restaurants/supermarkets. Bus stop outside for buses to Palma, Andratx etc The host was lovely and easily contactable for any queries. The apartment was modern with high quality appliances etc. Canā€™t think of anything negative to say and we will be booking to go again

Beautiful apartment and location

The apartment was lovely with an incredible view looking out on to the sea. You look down onto a cove which you are able to easily access. We went for our morning swim in the cove which was perfect. The only thing it needs to state is that the apartment is on a complex called ā€˜Caesarā€™sā€™ as our taxi driver wasnā€™t able to find it with the description given online. Fantastic place with everything you need!

Good apartment in a brilliant location, beach is just outside the apartment and is great for swimming and snorkelling. Town just a short walk away. We had an amazing stay here and the air con was great !

This unit was very clean, bright and well decorated with a very comfortable bed and nice indoor/outdoor balcony space. Great air conditioning and the view is amazing. If you plan to have a car, parking was definitely an issue. We were told we had (2) allotted spaces but every night it was full and street parking is very hard to find. This particular neighborhood was full of primarily 20-somethings from the UK so it would get pretty raucous at night around the bars and clubs. The building and pool area were a bit shabby and could use some work, but the owner has taken a lot of care in the unit and it was a lovely place to come back to at the end of a full day! I would definitely recommend this flat!

Lovely spot within walking distance of the mouth of the Duoro. Apartment is comfortable and spacious. Convenient to a busline (route 500) that travels along the coast. You'll need to take a taxi to the city or navigate transfers.

Amazing view and easy check in

The view of the ocean was lovely, came with two beach chairs for use on the shore below. We had a great time here, though it may be better for 2 people compared to 3 adults, which was a little tight at times. The neighborhood was surprisingly very Irish and British, and most folks in the town spoke English.

Best Holiday so far

We were there early/mid September, the location is absolutely stunning, the cove is a safe place to swim in, perfect first thing in the morning when its generally very quiet and still, you might be the only one there apart from the hundreds of fish swimming with you, which was amazing to experience, I would highly recommend aqua shoes as it is a rocky cove, it was nice to have a swim in the salt water pool too it was rarely ever busy considering the large complex. The main sandy beach about 10 minute stroll along the coast was lovely too and nice to spend a few hours. The apartment itself overlooks the cove and pool, so is relatively private with stunning views. there are 3 lifts very close the apartment, so takes no time to get to the ground floor. The bedroom is small, but has a large comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe space for two of us. we were so grateful of the aircon too, it really does help to sleep in a cooler room. The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly adequate for our needs, we really appreciated the surface space and cupboard space under the sink, it also included a washing machine which was easy to use. The kitchen was perfect, everything we needed was there and was very clean, and living area a nice size and stylish, there was no English channels on the tv, but had access to netflix and prime. The enclosed balcony gets the sun late afternoon with a lovely view of the sunset over the sea.. i would give a little warning, the balcony light shade is very low, we bumped our heads a few times, it would be better if it was above head height.. .overall, we absolutely loved our stay there, both the owner and the agent who dealt with us were lovely and really welcoming and quick to respond. we are definitely thinking about booking again and have already recommended to friends.

Als wir ankamen waren wir sehr enttƤuscht. Meine Frau war so geschockt, dass Sie wieder anfing zu rauchen. Es ist eine riesig groƟe Wohnanlage die mehr als 300 Wohneinheiten aufweist, mit eine hƤsslichen Fassade und sehr wenig ParkplƤtzen. (Sie bekommen fast nie einen Parkplatz und in der Umgegend ist es auch extrem schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.) Die Wohnung erreicht man nur Ć¼ber einen Aufzug im 5 OG. Der Eingang ist im 8. OG. Der bescheidene Poolbereich ist auch Ć¼ber den Lift zu erreichen. In der Beschreibung denkt man an eine kleinere Ć¼berschaubare Wohnanlage. Sie finden ein nicht besonders groƟes Pool fĆ¼r 300 Parteien. Wir hatten da wenig SpaƟ. Zudem gab es keine Sonnenschirme und Liegen. Nach RĆ¼ckfrage wurden uns 2 Liegen zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt.(Klappliegen, nicht die breiten Strandliegen 1 kleiner Sonnenschirm hatte ein Vormieter zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. Es gibt keine Poolaufsicht und es haben sich auch viele Urlauber die nicht in der Anlage wohnten Zugang verschafft. Die Wohnung ist schƶn eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, auch was die KĆ¼che betrifft. Die Wohnung wird Ć¼ber einen Laubengang betreten. Sie ist sehr hellhƶrig. Wenn der Nachbar aufsteht, ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Das Niveau der GƤste hat auch viel Luft nach oben. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon sondern nur einen Wintergarten mit Schiebefenster. Da hat die Klimaanlage viel Arbeit. Wir hatten uns einen Urlaub mit etwas mehr Komfort vorgestellt und werden nie wieder buchen. Auch sollte FEWO direkt mehr Daten erfassen. Wenn die Angabe 5.OG und 300 Wohneinheiten kommuniziert wird, hat man eine bessere Vorstellung von der Ferienwohnung. Auch ein Bild der Fassade sollte als Vorinformation fĆ¼r den Nutzer vorhanden sein.

Idyllic Getaway

This place has a beautiful view and just steps away from a non-crowded beach and pool. The apartment is well equipped with very functional kitchen. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. It also includes free parking. We greatly enjoyed our stay and exploring Mallorca!

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was great. The views were amazing and the location is superb. Everything we needed was provided, and it was very tastefully furnished and was quality. The only thing that was a bit misleading, is that it's described as a 2 bedroom apartment, but it's a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. As there was only 3 of us we managed, but 4 adults would struggle sharing one wardrobe space. We still loved it though!
