Villa Farangi. Spacious detached luxury Villa with lots of privacy situated on a plot of approx. 7000 m2, has a spacious swimming pool, four bedrooms all with balconies and offers beautiful views over the surrounding hills, mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is built in Mediterranean style and offers on-site parking. Next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza/bread oven. Location just outside the village of Gallos and close to the town of Rethymnon.The travel distance from both Heraklion and also Chania Airport is approx. 1 hour.

The ground floor, approx 115 m² is divided into the following rooms:Living room with fireplace, satellite TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. Bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Toilet. Living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which 1 with toilet, bath and shower and 1 bathroom with toilet, double washbasin and walk-in shower. All floors have spacious terraces.

Terrace with garden furniture and parasol / private balcony, barbecue and pizza/bread oven. Spacious private pool 10 x 4 and 1.40 deep. Pool open from 18 April to 31 October. Hammam bath towels are provided, these are for pool use only, Parking possibilities on site as well as an indoor garage. The terrace has garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers. The garden is fenced and therefore perfectly suitable for children and dogs. The detached villa stands on a plot of 7000m2.

Steep access road, located against a hill. Motorised transport (car) is necessary. The access has an electrically operated sliding gate. Hammam bath towels are provided, these are for pool use only. Air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms. All bedrooms and living room have balconies. Vegetable garden Smoking is not allowed indoors,

Sea/beach 4 km away. Beautiful sandy beaches are about 8 km away.
Minimarket and restaurant in the village of Gallos (0.8 km), Lidl supermarket 4 km away.
Nightlife opportunities abound in the cosy town of Rethymnon (6 km) with its many restaurants, terraces, cosy narrow shopping streets in the old town and the promenade that ends at the old fishing harbour.

Day trip destinations:
Rethymnon is located in the centre of the island, so most places of interest can be reached by car within an hour. (Heraklion/Knossos - Chania - Monastery of Arcadi and to the beautiful south coast. The Samaria and Imbros Gorge can also be reached within an hour. For these and other trips, we are happy to advise you.
