Thanks for your feedback Bonnie. I'm not sure why you were unhappy, as we didn't hear anything from you during your stay. You didn't cancel the reservation either, you stayed for the entire duration of your reservation. Thanks again.

Perfect Accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 11 guests staying two nights here and the house fit us comfortably. The Deadwood cabs had no problems picking us up and taking us home. These cabins are the only places I stay when in the Deadwood area.

Thanks for your feedback Darth. We're very sorry you didn't have enough consumables for your stay. We live not far away and would have been happy to bring you more, if you reached out and needed anything. We did stock it with over 10 dish washer pods, and 3 rolls of TP in every bathroom for just a 3 night stay. Thanks again for staying.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our family of 11, this was the perfect spot. The home is spacious and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and amenities. The club house is walking distance from the house and activities, grocery shopping, and gas are only a 10 minute drive away. Other attractions are 30 minutes to 2 hours away depending on what you are looking to do. We had a fantastic vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 12 of us stayed in the Coach House, look spacious enough for all of us, clean, and it's a great location for all the things we wanted to do.the water wasn't super hot or warm enough for all of us to get showers in. Lovely home in beautiful surroundings. It was clean but just the basics. Definitely needed a deep clean. There were broken doors locks as well. Just piddly things that wouldn't keep us from renting again from this company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Cable TV didn’t work (weren’t at the cabin very much to watch anyways). Air returns for the furnace were very dirty. Could be cleaned more often. House was definitely big enough to accommodate the family. Hot tub was a hit with everyone.

Sturgis getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for smaller groups or groups with kids. Place was nice and clean very easy to book and has very friendly staff. Wished there were more towels as we had rot wash them each day and alternate morning or evening showers as there was not enough towels for 14 people. Wish refrigerator was bigger it was very small for this size of a group for over a week. Dressers would have been a huge plus or at least closets we all had to live out of our suitcases there was no place shelves ect to store our clothes.

Thanks so much for your feedback Peter. We're happy to see you guys had a great vacation and enjoyed the cabin. It looks like more of our guests may have taken some of the towels or left them at the clubhouse, so we'll get some more added to the cabin - thanks for letting us know. We appreciate your other suggestions. Thanks again for staying with us!

Poor

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not clean. Dirty towels in the upstairs bedroom confetti in the upstairs bathroom. Live bugs on the bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Garbage bag under the steps when walking up the outside steps. Bath tub on main floor sounds like you are going to fall through when you are in the shower.

VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2025 年 3 月 6 日)

Thanks for your feedback Maria. I'm very sorry you thought it wasn't clean. We actually checked the property before your arrival as we do every time, and in this case we did a deep clean on it the week before and it was very clean and ready to go. It's important to note that your car hit another one of your guests car in the driveway under your control, and you expected us to pay for the damage to the vehicle. Since it wasn't any fault of ours, we declined to pay for the damage and you got very upset about it. It's unfortunate the things mentioned aren't true in your frustration and retaliation.. Thanks again for staying.
