Downtown Glendale is within a four-mile drive and the Glendale Sports and Entertainment District is only six miles away. The family-friendly Holiday Park is right across the street from your gated neighborhood and the Grand Canal Trail is accessible just a half-mile from home.

The condo itself is fully furnished for contemporary home comfort. The full kitchen makes it easy to whip up all your favorite meals. A smart TV and plush sofas welcome casual downtime in the living room. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

I asked for an early check in AND late check out and never received an answer. Place was old. Apartments (not a condo), supplied gate code didn’t work, no bedding for the hide a bed, 2 wash clothes. Disappointed for that price.
