The apartment is a loft apartment; meticulously maintained, clean, with the bonus of a long furnished terrace overlooking ancient Rome.

The apartment on the last floor of an ancient 1600 Palazzo; extremely tranquil away from the city traffic noise, yet perfectly located in an ancient side street of Piazza Colonna on Via del Corso.

The living area is very bright with warm wooden parquetry floors throughout. This room has a sofa bed for two people (160 cm) and a circular bistro dining table with chairs and a desk to write..

There’s a TV with English news channels, there is the wifi internet connection, autonomous heating system and air-conditioning.

The steps lead to an open loft area, where there are, two futon beds, one single and one double.

The bathroom is modern, fully tiled with quality fittings, a bath and shower.

A great apartment for those more interested in location and with a spectacular panorama. Perfect for a single, a couple or a family of 3 people.

Why Giulia Ceccomori chose Rome

We love the historical center of Rome, and the view over the roofs that the terraces that could offer. For this reason we wanted and we bought this apartment.

In Rome we live at the next door and this has been our sons house for long time until they moved to live with their new family.

What makes this apartment unique

The location is super, really in the heart of the Roman beauties. And at the last floor (with elevator) you don't have noise from the street and you have a unique view above the roma roofs. The apartment is sunny and open and you have all the comforts (heating, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, washing machine).

Wonderful little gem in the Heart of Rome!!

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Guilia and Mattia for being such gracious hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment. We loved the location and use of the terrace each morning and evening! Watching the sunset over Rome while sitting on your own private terrace was a gift in itself!

While we had no issues, the mattress on the floor in the bedroom may be an issue for some. This was our first trip to Rome but it is definitely not our last. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others! Thank you again. Dennis and Diana

Excellent Location!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is located in the middle of everything. It was very convenient to walk to all locations throughout Rome from here. We found a lot of great restaurants near by too. The apartment has everything you need. The only downfall is that the mattress on the upstairs bed is pretty hard. Guilia was available for any questions we had and also recommend places to eat and how to get to the airport after our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The outdoor terrace was surreal. It has a great view of the Pantheon. Thank you Guilia for a wonderful experience in Rome!

Siena Rooftop View!!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at Guilia's lovely apartment for six nights. She met us at the exterior door (building is very secure) and rode up the quiet elevator with us. She showed us around the kitchen so that it was easy to use the appliances, the bathroom tub/shower was a very nice size with pretty tiles. The living space was very open with 2 tables to set out tour books, Roma passes, day plans, etc. The air conditioner worked splendidly as we had high temps (yes, July/Aug). I loved the ballet bar reminded me of when I was younger!

Guilia was very pleasant to work with and we had no difficulties with anything.

The location is indeed perfect and nicely centered to reach many popular tourist sites. Several little restaurants right in Piazza Di Pietra and musicians play in the early evening. We enjoyed being near the Pantheon - it is quite unique. The terrace was our second home...enjoying the night air, lights and wine. Thank you Giulia and Bruno for sharing your loft!

What a pearl!

  • 5 of 5

We (three ladies) spend three nights in this very nice place during very hot summer weather (+35 celcius). Aircondition was important and it was easy to use and very fast to cool the air. Terrace is really like all the visitors say: fantastic view, peaceful and functional for breakfast and aperitives in the evenings ...

The appartment worked well; sleeping areas upstairs (mattresses are quite firm, but we don't like too soft beds)) and also, what is not mentioned, there is a big wardrobe behind the other bed area! Bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels and soaps etc.

Kitchen is tiny, but it is very well equipped and there is also a little freezer box in a fridge .. we get ice for drinks in a terrace.

Owners are nice people and Giulia was very helpful about few things what we needed to ask. And it's really so, that they are available, when you need, but invisible other way;). They were very flexible about our leaving day's arrangements, so we are really grateful for a good and warm service!

The place is so central, that you really are in a middle of everything. We used taxi service (with three people it is cheaper from door to door, than take a separate train and metro) from and to airport, and it was easy to find the place. We can and want to recommend this place very much! Thank You, Giulia and Bruno!

Grazie mille, Giulia and Bruno!

  • 5 of 5

Dear Giulia and Bruno,

Thank you so much for having us in your lovely apartment. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and well kept. We enjoyed starting our morning on the beautiful patio with a nice cup of tea before heading downstairs to the corner coffee shop for our morning espresso and croissant.

The location of your apartment absolutely cannot be beat. We were steps from the pantheon, and 10-20 minutes to everything else that we came to see (Ancient Rome, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens/Gallery, etc.). It was so convenient and lovely.

We really enjoyed ending your long morning/afternoons on the patio with a nice glass of wine before our nightly dinner reservations. It was surprising to us that even though there is always so much happening outside of the building that you cannot hear the street activity. It was very peaceful from both the patio and inside of the apartment.

And thank you again for making the reservations for us that we did not feel comfortable making over the phone. It was really helpful and much appreciated.

We are looking forward to staying in your apartment again on our next Roman adventure!

Sincerely, Aaron and Catherine
