Accommodating and close to everything!
We loved our stay. The loft is within walking distance to almost everything. It was very clean and we loved the terrace.
Great location, great apartment
We really enjoyed this Roman apartment. Its terrace was perfect to enjoy a meal and wine, or morning espresso. There was plenty of space and a comfortable bed, as well as a nice futon in the living room. The location is in the heart of the historic district, near the Pantheon, Piazza di Pietra, and numerous shops and restaurants. The owners were gracious and welcoming. In all, we had a lovely time and hope to stay there again.
Un séjour formidable - an amazing stay!
ENGLISH: My husband and I spent 3 nights in Rome and we could not have picked a better place to stay. There are so many places to see in Rome and this apart is in the middle of it all. Restaurants, plazas, historical monuments, buses and subways – everything is close by. While we would get lost once in a while as the streets are very confusing, we knew our apart was a few steps from the Pantheon so never worried about it - it was easy to find our way back with this in mind! There is also a beautiful view from the balcony and the place is equipped with everything you need for the stay. Finally, our hosts were always ready to help – we highly recommend this place!
Perfect location! Wonderful hosts!
My husband, Bob, and I had the most wonderful 5 days in Rome! It was our first time in Italy and couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment owners' son, Mattia, gave us a warm and very informative greeting and introduction to the apartment. In addition to showing us how everything worked he suggested restaurants nearby and offered to make reservations for us. Also he told us how to get a cab for the trip to the train station at the end of our trip. The location of the apartment is so central that we could walk to everything...Vatican Meseums, Coliseum, Borghese museum and gardens, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. How wonderful to be in the hub of so much activity and beauty, and, yet, the apartment was quiet and tranquil with a lovely view from our terrace of ancient rooftops including the Pantheon! The kitchen was small, but very efficient and washing machine, which we used once, worked great. When owners returned from a trip near the end of our stay, they came over and introduced themselves and offered help with our departure. We strongly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Mattia, Gulia and Bruno for making us feel so at home!

Authentic Rome Apartment
The owners are more than helpful! They even have suggested restaurants for different specialties. You couldn't ask for a better location! You are just a few minutes walk away from just about everything! The fartherest that we had to walk was to the Vatican but walking is how you find the nearest shops and restaurants! Oh and the view! Wow! You have your own little terrace and it's beautiful! I was not bothered by the noise of the city and by that I mean late at night you can hear people down in the plaza having a good time lol. Just something to think about if you are a light sleeper. One last thing. If you are expecting a one foot thick plush mattress you are not going to get that here. The beds are not uncomfortable; they are just not sink in deep plush. Overall I had a great experience here and would definitely go back!
An excellent place to stay
The apartment was perfect for us. The rooftop location offers a really interesting perspective of the city centre. Just sitting out on the terrace eating breakfast was such a delight, hearing the bustle of the city far below and the ringing of the church bells in the distance. The only possible downside is that you need to be fairly nimble to tackle the ladder to the bedrooms.
We were welcomed by Mattia who was charming and spoke excellent English (in contrast to my poor Italian). He told us useful info about eating out and shopping. He checked that we knew where to catch a taxi for our journey home - very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is located between Piazza di Pietra and Piazza Colonna (two historical and important roman “piazze”) just 2 minutes from the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi, 5 minutes from Piazza Venezia and Piazza di Spagna, 10 minutes from Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, 15 minutes from Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo . Every place is pleasantly reachable by walking beacuse we are in the middle of a extended pedestrian area. In the neighborhood there are many museums (Museo of Rome; Galleria Doria Pamphilj; Accademia di San Luca) and many important theatres (Teatro Argentina; Teatro Valle; Teatro Quirino). Many shops and restaurants or pizzeria nearby.
