Holiday Rental 03-3 at the Papillon Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 55 m², features a covered southwest-facing terrace. During your stay, you’ll have access to a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The Papillon holiday resort is about 250 m from the beach.

The furnished terrace leads into the living and dining area, where you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner hob, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. High-quality designer flooring covers the entire living and sleeping area.

In the bedroom, a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep, and the large closet offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.

The shower room is tiled. Bicycles can be stored in a private basement storage unit. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 3. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are very welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday resort. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
