Holiday Apartment 08-5 in the Papillon Holiday Complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>The 4-room “Meeresbrise” holiday apartment has a southwest-facing balcony. Spanning over 70 square metres across two floors, the apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and three bedrooms. The Papillon holiday complex is approximately 250 metres from the beach.<br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. A cosy leather sofa set and a spacious dining area in the living room invite you to relax. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books provide entertainment.<br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The living and kitchen areas have laminate flooring. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.<br><br>An internal staircase in the living area leads you to the upper floor. There you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additionally, the bedroom on the left features a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have carpeted floors, and the windows are fitted with curtains or blackout blinds.<br><br>The tiled shower room with a window features two sinks and a separate toilet. A cot, a high chair, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are included in the holiday rental. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>In Building 8, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid car parks in town.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.<br><br>Holiday apartments in the Papillon Boltenhagen holiday village:<br><br>Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
