Apartment No. 131 (ground floor), which is approximately 91 m² in size, features 4 cheerfully furnished rooms. Your beautiful southeast-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for sunbathing. The apartment also includes a small plot of land.

The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed. For our younger guests, a travel cot with a mattress is available.

In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, the apartment has an additional guest bathroom. A washing machine is also available for your use.

The modern kitchen features a 4-burner stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

The floor is covered with high-quality PVC flooring. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room. Of course, an outdoor parking space is available. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The Sünnslag holiday resort offers cosy apartments and semi-detached homes for a relaxing holiday in a quiet, green, yet central location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 400 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases a separate kitchen, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
