Vacation Apartment 130 at the Sünnslag complex is a 3-room vacation apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

This cozy and tastefully furnished apartment is approximately 75 m² in size. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a balcony. You’ll find a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a guest restroom, and, of course, a bathroom with a shower.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. There is also a dining area for 5 people here.

The first bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. A second TV is available in one of the bedrooms. A high chair is included as part of the standard equipment.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, and, of course, a 4-burner stove with an oven. Naturally, the standard equipment includes plenty of dishes, silverware, and additional kitchen utensils.

Pets are not allowed here. This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit.

The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is also available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.
