Vacation Apartment 05-6 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>This bright and cheerfully furnished 4-room vacation apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. Spanning approximately 70 m² of living space over two floors, the apartment features a living/dining area, an integrated kitchenette, three bedrooms, and a shower room with a separate toilet. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon vacation village.<br><br>You can access the furnished balcony from the living area. The cozily furnished living area, featuring a sofa nook and dining area, has everything you need. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books are available. The interior staircase leads to the attic, which has two bedrooms.<br><br>The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The entire apartment has laminate flooring.<br><br>In the bedroom on the first floor, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms in the attic are each furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Another highlight here is the second TV in one of the upper bedrooms. Roller shades or exterior blinds are available to darken the rooms.<br><br>For younger guests, this vacation rental provides a high chair and a permanent crib with a mattress (120 x 60 cm). Please bring your own bedding and sheets for the crib.<br><br>The tiled shower room with two sinks has a separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack next to the house or in the storage room in the basement. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>In Building 5, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
