Das Apartmenthaus "Minervapark" ist ideal an der Mittelpromenade gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Kurpark & Seebrücke entfernt. Der Strandaufgang 9 ist auch gleich um die Ecke, welcher auch ein WC an der Promenade hat, was schon toll ist, wenn man den Tag am Strand verbringt.
