Your vacation rental, No. 19, in the Haus am Teich is a 3-room apartment for up to 4 people, spread over two floors.



Apartment No. 19 is located on the 2nd floor. You’ll have 67 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished balcony facing southeast. The beach is approximately 100 meters away.



The living room features a smart TV for your evening entertainment. Curtains on the window provide privacy.



The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. There is a pleated blind at the window.



The second bedroom is located in the attic and has two single beds.



The fully equipped kitchen area features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a dining area for meals.



The shower room is tiled. The entire living area has vinyl flooring.



Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the house.



At Haus am Teich, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet (subject to availability), bicycle storage in the underground parking garage, and coin-operated washers and dryers in the common area.



Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The “Haus am Teich” vacation complex is located one block back from Dünenweg in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.



Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to availability).



Pets are allowed in some apartments.



A designated parking spot is reserved for your car either in the underground garage next to the building or in the outdoor parking lot.
