Welcome to The Colquitt Gem — a spacious 750 sq. ft. private guest house designed for comfort and modern urban living. Unlike typical compact rentals, this light-filled apartment offers a generous layout and a curated, minimalist aesthetic.
The Layout: This is a true one-bedroom floor plan. You’ll enjoy a massive private bedroom separate from the main living area, providing extra privacy and quiet.
The Sleeping Experience: The master bedroom features a queen, ultra-comfortable mattress paired with plush pillows for a restful night's sleep.
For groups of up to 4, the spacious living area includes an additional
Queen-sized bed, ensuring everyone has a dedicated place to rest.
The Living & Kitchen: A wide-open living and dining area with a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal.
Guest Access
Parking: Guests have access to free street parking directly in front of the property.
Complete Privacy: You have the entire 750 sq. ft. apartment to yourself with a private entrance and no shared walls.
