The house is located on a shared property with the owner's house. In the neighbourhood you will find a lake and a forest - ideal for nature lovers. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a mezzanine. This comfortably furnished holiday home is ideal for 5 people.



The Baltic Sea is approx. 12 km away and the lake is within a radius of 1500 metres. You can spend relaxing moments in the fresh air on the open terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The complex is particularly pet-friendly.



The favourable location of the house offers many opportunities to reach nearby attractions: Visit the coastal towns of azy or Mielno, the Parrot House, Alana Rope Park, Koszalin Water Park, Dancing Fountains, Laser Room, FlyPark, Archery Funpark, Narrow Gauge Railway, Pine Hill (walk with alpacas) and many attractions on site, such as a modern playground or a cinema. Canoe tours are also organised here.
