Welcome to wine country at its finest! This contemporary, newly constructed 4BD/4BA home is on a spacious lot with views from the decks and a private backyard. 2 bedrooms have KING beds & 2 have QUEEN beds!

It features a gourmet kitchen that has a wine cooler, large island, granite countertops and views. Kitchen and living room combo open out to a deck with BBQ grill for indoor/outdoor living.

Each spacious bedroom offers an en-suite with its own bathroom, closet, and thermostat to control your own temperature within the room.

Equipped with 2 55 Inch SMART TVs and WiFi, you get access to apps such as Netflix and Amazon for your quiet enjoyment.

Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the decks and backyard.

I'd highly recommend a car to get around the area.

There is a limit of 3 cars per our permit. If you have additional cars, you would need to park in a different neighborhood.

I'm available at anytime and am quick to respond to guests.

This home has keyless entry so you can show up anytime after check in.

Per the STR regulations, there is no amplified sound allowed outdoors. QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-7AM. Any noise complaint during your stay will result in a $1,500 citation payable via the Resolution Center. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

Additional guests after 6 would require an extra charge of $50 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $100 per head (2x the normal charge).

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.

Please note we do not keep track of propane tank usage. In case you need a refill, there are a few gas stations & grocery stores nearby that offer propane tank exchange/refill.

Please remember to turn off the valve after using propane tank.

Turn off all lights, thermostats, and gas & lock when away.
