Renovated enchanting 1920's 4 bdrm, 1 Studio, 3 bath farmhouse on park like setting with gorgeous redwood trees. Open floor plan - family room/dining area combo w/fireplace - living room with formal dining area. 2 bdrms upstairs (one queen bed in one, two twins in the other that can be pushed together for a queen) plus spacious master-suite (one king size bed) w/ a balcony overlooking backyard, large tub with & stall shower. 1 bdrm downstairs (queen size bed) w/ a full bath. The studio has a day bed. There is a pull out couch and an inflatable mattress available if needed. Lovely yard w/ 2 decks one covered, patio, & front porch. Outdoor living, a spectacular outdoor gas burning fire pit, fountain, commercial grade BBQ and outdoor speakers. TOT 1120N.

To clarify the beds and rooms:
Master-bedroom: 1 King Size Bed
2nd Upstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Bed
3rd Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds that can be pushed together for a Queen
Upstairs Studio: a day bed
Downstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen
Downstairs Living Area: a pull-out Queen

There are two inflatable mattresses available if needed. Able to set up in walk-in closets.

We were a family of 8 celebrating a birthday. The house had everything we needed. We actually only slept there as we were out and about all weekend, but the kitchen looked like it had very good facilities for a longer stay.

Newly renovated house with large deck and yard. Good sized modern open kitchen makes meal preparation easy. Large deck and sizeable living room make good space for conversation. We were a group of 4 couples and were very comfortable in this house. Driveway easily accommodates 4 vehicles. Clem was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions.

Fantastic! Very clean,recently renovated with top of the line appliances and decor. Very relaxing backyard with redwoods and garden. 8 guests were very comfortable. The other reviews are right in that the pictures don't do the place justice. What a beautiful place! There is a bidet in the primary suite which was a nice touch. We ended up being a smaller party and everyone had their own bathroom. The floorplan is more open than it seems in the pictures between the living, kitchen, and round dining room. It was great for our group with other friends visiting and generally a great place to hang. It had every amenity in the kitchen you could think of including spices and some condiments from previous parties left behind which I tend to appreciate. The black makeup towels in every bathroom were a nice touch IYKYK. The bedroom setup is confusing in the pictures versus description - king in the primary, queen in one guest room upstairs, twin or double day bed in the other upstairs room with a trundle, small bench or daybed in the loft (not a room), queen murphy in a room downstairs, queen in the pump house which looked cozy but you'd have to keep the house open in case you needed a bathroom in the middle of the night. About a 30 minute walk to the square so not as close as I would've thought. Some in our party preferred to drive that distance.Overall, everyone commented about how amazing and perfect it was. The house was ready early and Clem stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and see if we had any questions. Easily would book again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Home!

We were in Sonoma for a quick wedding and stayed here with 7 adults and the house was amazing! The hydrangeas in the front yard were spectacular! House has everything! Only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was we had wish the leaves were cleaned off the bedroom balcony and the back porch. Other than that our stay was awesome. We will definitely be back! The house is so close to everything too! Host was amazing!

Very nice Property

Clem's home is fantastic. Very clean and well appointed, while we minimally cooked, the the kitchen seemed to have everything needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were plenty large enough. The Master Suite is incredibly huge. The yard and grounds were spacious and well kept. Very relaxing. Clem was attentive and very accommodating to our needs. You will not regret this stay.

Fantastic stay!

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our bachelorette weekend! The house was beautiful and felt so luxurious and relaxing. The whole group commented several times how much liked the space. We had some large group dinners and loved using the fire pit. The location is also really central to Sonoma Square and the check in and out processes were really easy as well. Highly recommend!

Great property in quite neighborhood

well kept place with everything you need. good comms with host and place is clean and beds are comfortable. however, it's a 4 bedroom. the 5th room is outside in a hut-type. so a bit odd given you're outside of the house. and lastly, the interior is well kept, the out door space need some TLC.

Thanks to our host Clem for such a wonderful getaway for our girls' weekend! He was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip. House was immaculate, beds comfortable and the the best towels ever (and so many of the them!). Great location with about a 15-minute walk to the center of town, and lots of space to hang out for 7 people. Easy drive to the vineyards and Armstrong Park. Highly recommend. Thanks, Clem!

Finished a two year renovation in June 2024. All new flooring, new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms & new landscaping. New Chef's kitchen with three ovens and plenty of cooking space/preparation, new bar & updated appliances. There is a gap of two years in the 5 star reviews due to the renovation.
